1. A containment arrangement for safely and effectively treating a wound on a patient without contaminating attending personnel, comprising:
- a patient-receiving first enclosure having a patient contacting periphery;
a pressurizable source in communication with said patient through a wall of said enclosure for enlarging said enclosure;
a sealing means arranged in said patient contacting periphery; and
a hand manipulable fluid discharge barrel and nozzle extendable through said enclosure for providing controllable treatment fluid to the wound on the patient within said enclosure.

Abstract
