Abstract

Medical overlay mirror methods and related systems.

Claims

1. A system comprising:

a light reflecting structure;

a data presentation device proximate to said light reflecting structure; and

a medical overlay engine operably couplable to said data presentation device.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein said light reflecting structure further comprises:

at least one of a plane mirror, a convex mirror, or a concave mirror.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein said light reflecting structure further comprises:

a partially silvered mirror.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein said data presentation device proximate to said light reflecting structure further comprises:

said data presentation device integral with said light reflecting structure.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein said data presentation device proximate to said light reflecting structure further comprises:

said data presentation device operably coupled with said light reflecting structure.

6. The system of claim 1, wherein said data presentation device proximate to said light reflecting structure further comprises:

said data presentation device in physical communication with said light reflecting structure.

7. The system of claim 6, wherein said data presentation device in physical communication with said light reflecting structure further comprises:

said data presentation device connected with a housing connected with said light reflecting structure.

8. The system of claim 1, wherein said data presentation device further comprises:

a light generation device.

9. The system of claim 1, wherein said data presentation device further comprises:

an image representation presentation device.

10. The system of claim 1, wherein said data presentation device further comprises:

a laser-diode device.

11. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

at least one image storage device operably couplable with said data presentation device.

12. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

at least one medical-overlaid engine reception device operably couplable with said data presentation device.

13. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

at least one image transmission device operably couplable with an input capture device.

14. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

at least one image capture device operably couplable with said medical overlay engine.

15. The system of claim 14, wherein said at least one image capture device further comprises:

at least one image representation capture device located to capture a field of view of said light reflecting structure.

16. The system of claim 14, wherein said at least one image capture device further comprises:

at least one image representation capture device alignable relative to a field of view of said light reflecting structure.

17. The system of claim 14, wherein said at least one image capture device further comprises:

at least two image representation capture devices alignable relative to a field of view of said light reflecting structure.

18. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

at least one input capture device operably couplable with said data presentation device.

19. The system of claim 1, further comprising:

at least one image registration engine operably couplable with said data presentation device.

20. A system comprising:

a light reflecting surface;

an image representation capture device having an image field corresponding to said light reflecting surface; and

at least one medical-overlaid image reception device operably couplable with said image representation capture device.

21. The system of claim 20, further comprising:

at least one image sorting engine operably couplable with said image representation capture device.

22. The system of claim 20, further comprising:

at least one data presentation device operably couplable with said image representation capture device.

23. The system of claim 20, wherein said light reflecting surface further comprises:

at least one of a plane mirror, a convex mirror, or a concave mirror.

24. The system of claim 20, wherein said light reflecting surface further comprises:

a partially silvered mirror.

25. A method comprising:

accepting input related to at least a part of an image of a light reflecting structure; and

presenting one or more medically-overlaid images related to at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure.

26. The method of claim 25, wherein said accepting input related to at least a part of an image of a light reflecting structure further comprises:

accepting touch input to a surface proximate to the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure.

27. The method of claim 26, wherein said accepting touch input to a surface proximate to the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

detecting input to a touch sensitive device associated with the light reflecting structure.

28. The method of claim 26, wherein said accepting touch input to a surface proximate to the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

detecting input to a mouse associated with the light reflecting structure.

29. The method of claim 25, wherein said accepting input related to at least a part of an image of a light reflecting structure further comprises:

accepting input of at least one of a user touching herself, a user gesturing, or a user speaking in relation to the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure.

30. The method of claim 25, wherein said presenting one or more medically-overlaid images related to at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

obtaining one or more images having the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure.

31. The method of claim 25, wherein said presenting one or more medically-overlaid images related to at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

identifying one or more landmarks demarcating the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure;

medically overlaying at least a part of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks; and

presenting one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks.

32. The method of claim 31, wherein said identifying one or more landmarks demarcating the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

identifying one or more anatomical landmarks.

33. The method of claim 31, wherein said identifying one or more landmarks demarcating the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

identifying one or more behavioral landmarks.

34. The method of claim 31, wherein said presenting one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks further comprises:

registering at least a portion of the one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks with the image of the light reflecting structure.

35. The method of claim 31, wherein said presenting one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks further comprises:

at least one of sequencing or presenting at least a portion of the one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks.

36. The method of claim 31, wherein said presenting one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks further comprises:

presenting in a store and forward format.

37. The method of claim 31, wherein said presenting one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks further comprises:

presenting in a database format.

38. The method of claim 31, wherein said medically overlaying at least a part of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks further comprises:

medically overlaying a specified feature having a state.

39. The method of claim 38, wherein said medically overlaying a specified feature having a state further comprises:

medically overlaying at least one skin feature.

40. The method of claim 38, wherein said medically overlaying a specified feature having a state further comprises:

medically overlaying at least one body region.

41. A system comprising:

means for accepting input related to at least a part of an image of a light reflecting structure; and

means for presenting one or more medically-overlaid images related to at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure.

42. The system of claim 41, wherein said means for accepting input related to at least a part of an image of a light reflecting structure further comprises:

means for accepting touch input to a surface proximate to the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure.

43. The system of claim 42, wherein said means for accepting touch input to a surface proximate to the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

means for detecting input to a touch sensitive device associated with the light reflecting structure.

44. The system of claim 42, wherein said means for accepting touch input to a surface proximate to the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

means for detecting input to a mouse associated with the light reflecting structure.

45. The system of claim 41, wherein said means for accepting input related to at least a part of an image of a light reflecting structure further comprises:

means for accepting input of at least one of a user touching herself, a user gesturing, or a user speaking in relation to the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure.

46. The system of claim 41, wherein said means for presenting one or more medically-overlaid images related to at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

means for obtaining one or more images having the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure.

47. The system of claim 41, wherein said means for presenting one or more medically-overlaid images related to at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

means for identifying one or more landmarks demarcating the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure;

means for medically overlaying at least a part of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks; and

means for presenting one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks.

48. The system of claim 47, wherein said means for identifying one or more landmarks demarcating the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

means for identifying one or more anatomical landmarks.

49. The system of claim 47, wherein said means for identifying one or more landmarks demarcating the at least a part of the image of the light reflecting structure further comprises:

means for identifying one or more behavioral landmarks.

50. The system of claim 47, wherein said means for presenting one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks further comprises:

means for registering at least a portion of the one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks with the image of the light reflecting structure.

51. The system of claim 47, wherein said means for presenting one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks further comprises:

means for at least one of sequencing or presenting at least a portion of the one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks.

52. The system of claim 47, wherein said means for presenting one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks further comprises:

means for presenting in a store and forward format.

53. The method of claim 47, wherein said means for presenting one or more medically overlaid versions of the one or more images having the one or more landmarks further comprises:

a digital mirror;

a data presentation device proximate to said digital mirror; and

an medical overlay engine operably couplable to said data presentation device.
