oppositely charging a paint to have a second charge; and

19. A method for manufacturing a toy vehicle, comprising:

molding a plastic vehicle body;
spraying a first electro-conductive layer comprising a suspension of chargeable particles over at least a portion of said plastic vehicle body of the toy vehicle;
curing said first electro-conductive layer;
charging said first cured electro-conductive layer to have a first charge;
applying paint in a first layer with a second charge to said body;
curing said first layer of paint;
spraying a second electro-conductive layer comprising a suspension of chargeable particles over at least a portion of said plastic vehicle body of the toy vehicle;
curing said second electro-conductive layer;
charging said second cured electro-conductive layer to have a first charge;
applying paint in a second layer with a second charge to said body;
curing said second layer of paint;
coupling said body to a chassis.
