wherein the step of extracting comprises;
interviewing a process owner of each of said sub-processes of said at least one business process based on a predetermined questionnaire; and
quantifying information requirements of each of said sub-processes of said at least one business process based on said questionnaire;
displaying said baseline information requirements in a predetermined matrix structure; and
prioritizing opportunities for removing information bottlenecks in said at least one business process using said predetermined matrix structure.
