Abstract

An information transmission method capable of reproducing the atmosphere of a concert hall or a live performance hall, wherein bio-information of a speaker, player, actor or conductor, who serves as a source of speech, sounds or music and/or bio-information of a performer included within an image are multiplexed with respect to information of speech or music and/or information of the image for transmission thereof. At the receiving side, sense stimulation based on the bio-information is provided to the viewer, or information of speech or music and/or information of the image are controlled on the basis of the bio-information to thereby reproduce presence or live appeal.

Claims

1. An information transmission method of performing transmission of audio information and/or video information in a state where bio-information of a participator present at a place where the informations are acquired is multiplexed with respect to the audio information and/or the video information.

2. The information transmission method as set forth in claim 1,

wherein the participator is speaker, player actor or actress, or conductor who serves as a source of the audio information, and/or performer or photographed person included within an image.

3. The information transmission method as set forth in claim 1,

wherein the participator is a listener present at the place where the audio information is acquired and/or a viewing person present at the place where the video information is acquired.

4. The information transmission method as set forth in claim 1,

wherein transmission of the bio-information is performed in a manner associated with the audio information and/or the video information corresponding to a timing where the bio-information has been caused to take place.

5. The information transmission method as set forth in claim 4, comprising;

partitioning for every time period of a same predetermined time length, the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information; and

performing transmission of the partitioned bio-information in synchronism with audio information and/or video information of a corresponding predetermined time length.

6. The information transmission method as set forth in claim 4, comprising:

partitioning the audio information and/or the video information every time period of a predetermined time length;

performing statistical processing of the bio-information every plurality of time periods of the predetermined time length to calculate statistical bio-information; and

performing transmission of the statistical bio-information in synchronism with audio information and/or video information of a plurality of periods of the corresponding time length.

7. The information transmission method as set forth in claim 1,

wherein the bio-information is at least one of body motion, myoelectricity, body surface temperature, skin sweating, skin pressure, pulse, breath, micro-vibration, cardioelectricity, heartbeat, and blood pressure.

8. The information transmission method as set forth in claim 1,

wherein bio-information is extracted from audio information and/or video information, and is caused to undergo transmission along with the audio information and/or the video information.

9. An information transmission apparatus comprising:

information acquiring means for acquiring audio information and/or video information;

bio-information detecting means for detecting bio-information of a participator present at a place where the informations are acquired; and

transmission means for performing transmission of the audio information and/or the video information that have been obtained from the information acquiring means, and the bio-information that has been obtained from the bio-information detecting means.

10. The information transmission apparatus as set forth in claim 9,

wherein the participator is speaker, player, actor or conductor who serves as a source of the audio information, and/or performer or photographed person included with an image.

11. The information transmission apparatus as set forth in claim 9,

wherein the participator is a listener present at the place where the audio information is acquired, and/or viewing person present at the place where the video information is acquired.

12. The information transmission apparatus as set forth in claim 9,

wherein the transmission means performs transmission of the bio-information along with the audio information and/or the video information corresponding to a timing where the bio-information has been caused to take place.

13. The information transmission apparatus as set forth in claim 12,

wherein the transmission means serves to partition the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information every time period of the same predetermined time length to perform transmission of the partitioned bio-information in synchronism with audio information and/or video information of a corresponding predetermined time length period.

14. The information transmission apparatus as set forth in claim 12,

wherein the transmission means serves to partition the audio information and/or the video information every time period of a predetermined time length to perform statistical processing of the bio-information at a plurality of time periods of the predetermined time length to calculate statistical bio-information and to perform transmission of the statistical bio-information in synchronism with audio information and/or video information of the plurality of time periods of the corresponding predetermined time length.

15. The information transmission apparatus as set forth in claim 9,

wherein the bio-information is at least one of body motion, myoelectricity, body surface temperature, skin sweating, skin resistance, pulse, breath, micro-vibration, cardioelectricity, heartbeat, and blood pressure.

16. The information transmission apparatus as set forth in claim 9,

wherein the bio-information detecting means extracts the bio-information from the audio information and/or video information.

17. An information recording method in which audio information and/or video information, and bio-information of a participator present at the place where these information are acquired are recorded with respect to a predetermined recording medium.

18. The information recording method as set forth in claim 17,

wherein the participator is speaker, player, actor or conductor who serves as a source of the audio information, and/or performer photographed person included within an image.

19. The information recording method as set forth in claim 17,

wherein the participator is a listener present at the place where the audio information is acquired, and/or a viewing person present at the place where the video information is acquired.

20. The information recoding method as set forth in claim 17,

wherein the bio-information is recorded along with the audio information and/or the video information corresponding to a timing where the bio-information has been caused to take place.

21. The information recording method as set forth in claim 20, comprising:

partitioning the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information every time period of the same predetermined time length; and

recording the partitioned bio-information along with audio information and/or video information of a corresponding predetermined time length period.

22. The information recording method as set forth in claim 20, comprising:

partitioning the audio information and/or the video information every time period of a predetermined time length;

performing statistical processing of the bio-information at a plurality of time periods of the predetermined time length to calculate statistical bio-information; and

recording the statistical bio-information along with audio information and/or video information of the plurality of time periods of the corresponding predetermined time length.

23. The information recording method as set forth in claim 17,

wherein the bio-information is at least one of body motion, myoelectricity, body surface temperature, skin sweating, skin resistance, pulse, breath, micro-vibration, cardioelectricity, heartbeat, and blood pressure.

24. The information recording method as set forth in claim 17,

wherein the recording medium is at least one of optical disc, magnetic tape, hard disc and semiconductor memory.

25. The information recording method as set forth in claim 17,

wherein the bio-information is extracted from audio information and/or video information, and is recorded along with the audio information and/or the video information.

26. An information recording apparatus comprising:

information acquiring means for acquiring audio information and/or video information;

bio-information detecting means for detecting bio-information of a participator present at a place where the informations are acquired; and

recording means for recording, with respect to a predetermined recording medium, the audio information and/or the video information which that have been obtained from the information acquiring means and the bio-information which that has been obtained from the bio-information detecting means.

27. The information recording apparatus as set forth in claim 26,

wherein the participator is a speaker, player, actor or conductor who serves as a source of the audio information, and/or performer or photographed person included within an image.

28. The information recording apparatus as set forth in claim 26,

wherein the participator is a listener present at the place where the audio information is acquired, and/or a viewing person present at the place where the video information is acquired.

29. The information recording apparatus as set forth in claim 26,

wherein the recording means serves to record the bio-information with respect to the recording medium along with the audio information and/or the video information corresponding to a timing where the bio-information has been caused to take place.

30. The information recording apparatus as set forth in claim 29,

wherein the recording means serves to partition the audio information, and the bio-information every time period of the same predetermined time length to record the partitioned bio-information along with audio information and/or video information of a corresponding predetermined time length.

31. The information recording apparatus as set forth in claim 29,

wherein the recording means serves to partition the audio information and/or the video information every time period of a predetermined time length to perform statistical processing of the bio-information at a plurality of time periods of the predetermined time length to calculate statistical bio-information to record the statistical bio-information along with audio information and/or video information at the plurality of time periods of the corresponding predetermined time length.

32. The information recording apparatus as set forth in claim 26,

wherein the bio-information is at least one of body motion, myoelectricity, body surface temperature, skin sweating, skin resistance, pulse, breath, micro-vibration, cardioelectricity, heartbeat, and blood pressure.

33. The information recording apparatus as set forth in claim 26,

wherein the recording medium is at least one of optical disc, magnetic tape, hard disc, and semiconductor memory.

34. The information recording apparatus as set forth in claim 26,

wherein the bio-information detecting means serves to extract the bio-information from the audio information and/or the video information.

35. An information reproducing method, comprising:

reproducing audio information and/or video information to offer the reproduced information thus obtained to a user; and

giving, to the user, sense stimulation based on bio-information of a participator present at a place where the audio information and/or the video information are acquired.

36. The information reproducing method as set forth in claim 35,

wherein the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information are received through a transmission method.

37. The information reproducing method as set forth in claim 35,

wherein the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information are read out from a recording medium.

38. The information reproducing method as set forth in claim 35,

wherein the participator is a speaker, player, actor or conductor who serves as a source of the audio information, and/or performer or photographed person included within an image.

39. The information reproducing method as set forth in claim 35,

wherein the participator is a listener present at the place where the audio information is acquired and/or a viewing person present at the place where the video information is acquired.

40. An information reproducing method comprising:

controlling, based on bio-information of a particular present at the a place where audio information and/or video information are acquired, reproduction of audio information and/or video information to reproduce those information.

41. The information reproducing method as set forth in claim 40,

wherein the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information are received through a transmission medium.

42. The information reproducing method as set forth in claim 40,

wherein the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information are read out from a record medium.

43. The information reproducing method as set forth in claim 40,

wherein the participator is speaker, player, actor, or conductor who serves as a source of the audio information, and/or performer or photographed person included with the an image.

44. The information reproducing method as set forth in claim 40,

wherein the participator is a listener present at the place where the audio information is acquired, and/or a viewing person present at the place where the video information is acquired.

45. An information reproducing apparatus comprising:

means for reproducing audio information and/or video information to offer the reproduced information thus obtained to a user; and

means for giving, to the user, sense stimulation based on bio-information of a participator present at a place where the audio information and/or the video information are acquired.

46. The information reproducing apparatus as set forth in claim 45, comprising:

receiving means for receiving the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information through a transmission medium.

47. The information reproducing apparatus as set forth in claim 45, comprising:

means for reading out, from a recording medium, the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information.

48. The information reproducing apparatus as set forth in claim 45,

wherein the participator is a speaker, player, actor or conductor who serves as providing a source of the audio information, and/or performer or photographed person included within the an image.

49. The information reproducing apparatus as set forth in claim 45,

wherein the participator is a listener present at the place where the audio information is acquired, and/or a viewing person present at the place where the video information is acquired.

50. An information reproducing apparatus comprising:

reproducing means for controlling on bio-information of a participator present at a place where audio information and/or video information are acquired reproduction of the audio information and/or the video information to reproduce those information.

51. The information reproducing apparatus as set forth in claim 50, comprising:

receiving means for receiving the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information through a transmission medium.

52. The information reproducing apparatus as set forth in claim 50, comprising:

means for reading out, from a recording medium, the audio information and/or the video information, and the bio-information.

53. The information reproducing apparatus as set forth in claim 50,

wherein the participator is a speaker, player, actor or conductor who serves as a source of the audio information, and/or performer or photographed person included within an image.

54. The information reproducing apparatus as set forth in claim 50,

wherein the participator is a listener present at the place where the audio information is acquired, and/or a viewing person present at the place where the video information is acquired.

55. A recording medium in which audio information and/or video information, and bio-information of a participator present at a place where the informations are acquired are recorded.

56. The recording medium as set forth in claim 55,

wherein the participator is a speaker, player, actor or player who serves as a source of the audio information, and/or performer or photographed person included within an image.

57. The recording medium as set forth in claim 55, wherein the participator is a listener present at the place where the audio information is acquired and/or a viewing person present at the place where the video information is acquired.

58. The recording medium as set forth in claim 55,

wherein bio-information of the participator is recorded in a manner associated with the audio information and/or the video information corresponding to a timing where the bio-information has been caused to take place.

59. The recording medium as set forth in claim 55,

wherein the bio-information is at least one of body motion, myoelectricity, body surface temperature, skin sweating, skin resistance, pulse, breath, micro-vibration, cardioelectricity, heartbeat, and blood pressure.
