Abstract

A phallic device for sexual stimulation generally includes a housing and at least one end cap attached to the housing. The end cap includes a data access device for accessing audio data from a data device. The end cap further includes a sound emitter for emitting audio corresponding to the audio data accessed by the data access device from the data device.

Claims

1. A phallic device for sexual stimulation comprising a housing, at least one end cap attached to the housing, the end cap including at least one opening for removably receiving a corresponding one of a plurality of interchangeably removable data devices, a data access device for accessing audio data from the interchangeably removable data device within the opening, and a sound emitter for emitting audio corresponding to the audio data accessed by the data access device from the data device, whereby a user can choose which audio is played by selectively positioning a corresponding one of the plurality of interchangeably removable data devices within the opening.

The phallic device of claim 1, wherein the at least one end cap comprises a plurality of interchangeable end caps, each said end cap including a data device having audio data such that a user can choose which audio is played by selectively attaching one of said interchangeable end caps to the housing.

6. The phallic device of claim 1, wherein the interchangeably removable data devices comprise MASK ROM memory cartridges, and wherein the opening defined by the end cap is a cartridge insert slot.

7. The phallic device of claim 1, wherein at least one of said interchangeably removable data devices comprises a rewritable data device.

8. The phallic device of claim 1, wherein the end cap comprises at least one controller for controlling the operation of the data access device in accordance with user input including selection of audio to be played.

9. The phallic device of claim 1, wherein the audio data is coordinated with a color of the housing.

10. The phallic device of claim 1, wherein an outer surface of the end cap is configured as a figurine.

11. The phallic device of claim 10, wherein the audio data comprises at least one voice message having at least one predetermined speech characteristic coordinated with the figurine.

12. The phallic device of claim 1, wherein the end cap comprises a plurality of data devices each having different audio data, and at least one controller allowing a user to select which one of the plurality of data devices is accessed by the data access device.

13. The phallic device of claim 1, further comprising at least one light source for producing thematic light coordinated with audio emitted by the sound emitter.

14. A system including the phallic device of claim 1 and a remote control device for controlling operation of the data access device in accordance with user input including selection of audio to be played.

15. A system including the phallic device of claim 1 and an Internet website for downloading audio data to the data device for playback by the phallic device, the Internet website configured to allow a user to make a customized recording for downloading to the data device.

16. A system including the phallic device of claim 1 and a remote device for recording audio data to the data device for playback by the phallic device, the remote device configured to record a user'"'"'s voice and write audio data corresponding to the recorded voice to the data device.

17. The phallic device of claim 1, wherein the data access device and the sound emitter are disposed entirely within the end cap.

The phallic device of claim 6, wherein each said MASK ROM memory cartridge includes audio data thereon representative of a different fantasy lover, whereby a user can choose from amongst the different fantasy lovers by selectively positioning a corresponding one of the MASK ROM memory cartridges within the cartridge insert slot.

18. A method of using a phallic device having an end cap, the end cap including at least one opening for removably receiving a corresponding one of a plurality of interchangeably removable data devices, a data access device for accessing audio data from the interchangeably removable data device within the opening, and a sound emitter for emitting audio corresponding to the audio data accessed by the data access device from the data device, the method comprising customizing the audio data for playback by the phallic device by selecting from amongst the plurality of interchangeably removable data devices, and positioning the selected interchangeably removable data device within the opening to thereby allow the data access device to access the audio data thereon.

20. The method of claim 18, wherein customizing the audio data comprises removing a first data device from the end cap opening, and replacing the first data device with a second data device having audio data different than the first data device by positioning the second data device within the end cap opening to thereby allow the data access device to access audio data of the second data device.

21. The method of claim 18, wherein customizing the audio data comprises removing an existing end cap from the phallic device and retrofitting the phallic device with the end cap having the data access device and the sound emitter.

22. The method of claim 18, wherein customizing the audio data comprises selecting from amongst a plurality of interchangeable end caps each including a data device having different audio data, and attaching the selected end cap to the phallic device.

23. The method of claim 18, wherein customizing the audio data comprises selectively downloading audio data from an Internet website to at least one of the interchangeably removable data devices.

24. The method of claim 18, wherein customizing the audio data comprises removing the interchangeably removable data device from the end cap opening, inserting the removed data device into a data device slot of a network device, and selectively downloading audio data from the network device to the removed data device.

25. The method of claim 18, wherein customizing the audio data comprises recording a user'"'"'s voice and writing audio data corresponding to the recorded voice to at least one of the interchangeably removable data devices the data device.

30. The method of claim 18, wherein the interchangeably removable data devices comprise MASK ROM memory cartridges, and wherein the opening of the end cap comprises a cartridge insert slot.

An end cap for a phallic device having a housing, the end cap comprising at least one opening for removably receiving a corresponding one of a plurality of interchangeably removable data devices, a data access device for accessing audio data from the interchangeably removable data device within the opening, and a speaker for emitting audio corresponding to the audio data accessed by the data access device from the data device, whereby a user can choose which audio is played by selectively positioning a corresponding one of the plurality of interchangeably removable data devices within the opening.

27. The end cap of claim 26, further comprising at least one controller for controlling the operation of the data access device in accordance with user input including selection of audio to be played.

31. The end cap of claim 26, wherein the interchangeably removable data devices comprise MASK ROM memory cartridges, and wherein the opening of the end cap comprises a cartridge insert slot.

32. The end cap of claim 31, further comprising an edge connector within the cartridge insert slot.

33. The end cap of claim 31, wherein at least one of said MASK ROM memory cartridges includes a key ring for assisting the user in removing said MASK ROM memory cartridge from the cartridge insert slot.

34. The end cap of claim 26, wherein the speaker is configured to emit sound generally outwardly from a base of the end cap, the base being generally opposite the connection of the end cap to the phallic device housing.

35. A sexual stimulation device comprising the end cap of claim 31.

36. A vibrator comprising the end cap of claim 31.

37. The vibrator of claim 31, wherein the end cap further comprises an integrated control switch for controlling operation of both the audio and the vibration in accordance with user input.

38. The end cap of claim 26, wherein the end cap includes at least one battery for providing electrical power for operating at least one of the data access device and the speaker.

A phallic device for sexual stimulation comprising a housing and an end cap engaged to the housing, the end cap including at least one opening for removably receiving a corresponding one of a plurality of interchangeably removable data devices, means for accessing audio data from the interchangeably removable data device within the opening, and means for emitting audio corresponding to the audio data, whereby a user can choose which audio is played by selectively positioning a corresponding one of the plurality of interchangeably removable data devices within the opening.

39. The phallic device of claim 29, wherein the interchangeably removable data devices comprise MASK ROM memory cartridges, and wherein the opening of the end cap comprises a cartridge insert slot.
