1. A multi-function navigation system for providing an electronic map to guide a user to destination and displaying information of scenic spots stored in an electronic book, comprising:
- an input module for receiving instructions of said user;
a position detecting module for detecting present position of said user;
an electronic map databank for storing correlative data of said electronic map;
said electronic map including message for defining coordinates of scenic spots, message showing whether or not correlative information existed in said electronic book, and reference parameters of traveling information of said scenic spots;
a path selection module for selecting an area from said electronic map databank according to said user'"'"'s present position and controls of said input module;
a scenic spot information searching module for searching scenic spots within said area of electronic map and picking up specific scenic spots shown in said electronic book;
a traveling information note module for providing a correlative interface to said specific scenic spots; and
a display module for displaying said electronic map, said electronic map including marks of said correlative interface linking said electronic book with specific scenic spots.

Abstract
A multi-function navigation system provides an electronic map to guide the user to destinations and provides information of scenic spots stored in an electronic book. The navigation system includes: a scenic spot information searching module for searching scenic spots within the selected scope of electronic map and identifying the scenic spots included in the electronic book; a traveling information note module for providing a correlative interface to the electronic book of the scenic spots including the electronic book; and a display module for displaying the electronic map and marks of the correlative interface linking to the electronic book of the scenic spots.

13. A multi-function navigation method for showing an electronic book through an electronic map, comprising steps of:

displaying a suitable area of electronic map based on present position of user;
confirming scenic spots in said electronic map confirming whether said scenic spots located in said electronic map area included in the electronic book; and
displaying information-linking interface marks on correlative scenic spots included in the electronic book.
