The multi-screen emergency medical station includes a controller, a video camera, a communication module, a first display screen, and a second display screen. The multi-screen emergency medical station is placed in one of a non-emergency mode and an emergency mode. Real time video data is transmitted from the multi-screen emergency medical station to an operations center in emergency mode. Real time video data is received from the operations center at the multi-screen emergency medical station in emergency mode. User interest data is displayed on a first screen in the non-emergency mode and in the emergency mode. The user interest data is displayed on a second screen in the non-emergency mode and the real time video data received from the operations center is displayed on the second screen in the emergency mode.
