Abstract

A communication terminal device is provided with a contactless IC card including an IC and an antenna module. The IC and the antenna module are provided separately. The communication terminal device includes an electrical connection path that electrically connects the IC with the antenna module.

Claims

1. A communication terminal device comprising:

a contactless IC card configured to be installed in the communication terminal device, and that includes an IC and an antenna module, wherein the IC and the antenna module are disposed separately; and

an electric connection path that electrically connects the IC with the antenna module.

2. The communication terminal device according to claim 1, wherein

the communication terminal device includes a control substrate, and

the IC is installed on the control substrate.

3. The communication terminal device according to claim 1, wherein

the communication terminal device includes a battery, and

the antenna module is provided on a battery cover.

4. The communication terminal device according to claim 1, wherein

the communication terminal device includes a battery, and

the antenna module is provided on a main body of the battery.

5. The communication terminal device according to claim 1, further comprising:

a control substrate, and

an electromagnetic shielding unit that is provided between the antenna module and the control substrate.

6. The communication terminal device according to claim 5, wherein

the electromagnetic shielding unit is a sheet.

7. The communication terminal device according to claim 5, further comprising:

an electric insulating unit that is provided between the antenna module and the electromagnetic shielding unit.

8. The communication terminal device according to claim 7, wherein

the electric insulating unit is a sheet.

9. The communication terminal device according to claim 1, wherein

the antenna module includes an electromagnetic shielding sheet, and

an antenna pattern and a contact region are provided on the electromagnetic shielding sheet.

10. The communication terminal device according to claim 1, wherein

the antenna module includes

an electromagnetic shielding sheet, and

an electric insulation sheet laminated on the electromagnetic shielding sheet;

and

an antenna pattern and a contact region are provided on the electric insulation sheet.

11. The communication terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the antenna module includes

an antenna pattern that is formed by any one of coating a conductor and adhering a foil, and

a contact region.

12. The communication terminal device according to claim 3, wherein

the antenna module includes a first contact region,

the communication terminal device includes a control substrate having a second contact region that is provided on a surface of the control substrate facing the battery cover, and

when the antenna module is provided on the battery cover, the electric connection path is formed by connecting between the first contact region and the second contact region, thereby electrically connecting the antenna module with the IC.

13. The communication terminal device according to claim 4, wherein

the antenna module includes a first contact region,

the communication terminal device includes a control substrate having a second contact region that is provided on a surface of the control substrate facing the main body of the battery, and

when the antenna module is provided on the main body of the battery, the electric connection path is formed by connecting between the first contact region and the second contact region, thereby electrically connecting the antenna module with the IC.

14. A method for a communication terminal device in which a contactless IC card including an IC and an antenna module is installed, the method comprising:

detecting folding of the communication terminal device; and

starting power supply to the IC when the folding is detected.

15. A computer-readable recording medium which records thereon a computer program for a communication terminal device in which a contactless IC card including an IC and an antenna module is mounted, the computer program including instructions which, when executed, cause a computer to execute:

detecting folding of the communication terminal device; and

starting power supply to the IC when the folding is detected.
