Abstract

What is described are a compound of the formula (I) Wherein U is —N(R₂)OR₃ or —N⁺(O⁻)═C(R_E)R_Z); n is 0 or 1; X—Y is —CH═CH— or —CH₂—CH₂—; R₁ is C₁-C₁₂alkyl, C₃-C₈cycloalkyl or C₂-C₁₂alkenyl; R₂ and R₃ are, for example; independently from each other, -Q, —C(═O)-Z-Q or —CN; R_Z and R_E are, independently from each other, -Q, —C(═O)-Z-Q or —CN; or R_Z and R_E together are a three- to seven membered alkylene or alkenylene bridge, which is unsubstituted or mono- to tri-substituted; Z is a bond, O or —NR₄—; Q is H, C₁-C₁₂alkyl, C₂-C₁₂alkenyl, C₂-C₁₂alkynyl, C₃-C₁₂-Cycloalkyl, C₅-C₁₂-cycloalkenyl, aryl, or heterocyclyl, which are unsubstituted or mono- to pentasubstituted; R₄ is for example H, C₁-C₈alkyl, hydroxy-C₁-C₈alkyl, C₃-C₈cycloalkyl or C₂-C₈alkenyl; or, if appropriate, an E/Z isomer, E/Z isomer mixture and/or tautomer thereof; a process for preparing these compounds, their isomers and tautomers and the use of these compounds, their isomers and tautomers; pesticidal compositions whose active compound is selected from these compounds and their tautomers; intermediates for the preparation of the said compounds of the formula (I), methods for the preparation of the compounds of the formula (I), and a method for controlling pests using these compositions.

Claims

1. A compound of the formula (I)

2. A pesticide composition which contains at least one compound of the formula (I) as described in claim 1 as active compound and at least one auxiliary.

3. A method for controlling pests comprising applying a composition as described in claim 2 to the pests or their habitat.

4. A process for preparing a composition as described in claim 2 comprising intimately mixing and/or grinding the active compound with at least one auxiliary.

7. A method for protecting plant propagation material, wherein the propagation material or the location where the propagation material is planted is treated, comprising applying a composition as described in claim 2.

8. Plant propagation material treated in accordance with the method described in claim 7.
