Claims

1. A method related to electronic mail, the method comprising:

receiving a signal related to a receipt of an item of electronic mail by a limited-use electronic mail account; and

transmitting a signal related to the receipt of the item of electronic mail by the limited-use electronic mail account.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the limited-use electronic mail account is limited in relation to one or more defined operations.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the one or more defined operations comprise:

one or more permitted operations.

4. The method of claim 2, wherein the one or more defined operations comprise:

one or more prohibited operations.

10. The method of claim 1, wherein the transmitting a signal related to the receipt of the item of electronic mail by the limited-use electronic mail account comprises:

transmitting a signal related to the receipt of the item of electronic mail as a defined operation related to the limited-use electronic mail account.

means for receiving a signal related to a receipt of an item of electronic mail by a limited-use electronic mail account; and

a signal bearing medium bearing

one or more instructions for receiving a signal related to a receipt of an item of electronic mail by a limited-use electronic mail account, and

one or more instructions for transmitting a signal related to the receipt of the item of electronic mail by the limited-use electronic mail account.

16. The program product claim of 15, wherein the limited-use electronic mail account is limited in relation to one or more defined operations.

17. The program product claim of 16, wherein the one or more defined operations comprise:

one or more permitted operations.

24. The program product of claim 15, wherein the one or more instructions for transmitting a signal related to the receipt of the item of electronic mail by the limited-use electronic mail account comprise:

a recordable medium.

detecting a receipt of an item of electronic mail by a limited-use electronic mail account; and

transmitting a notification of the receipt of the item of electronic mail by the limited-use electronic mail account.

one or more allowed operations.
