Abstract

A central determination gaming system wherein a predetermined game outcome that is associated with a payout is selected. A player is enabled to play at least one interactive game, such as an offer and acceptance type game, wherein each payout potentially provided to the player is based, at least in part, on the selected predetermined game outcome. After providing the player the payout of the interactive game, the gaming device provides the player by one or more multipliers wherein each multiplier is based on the selected predetermined game outcome. The modified payout is then provided to the player, wherein the modified payout is equal to the payout associated with the selected predetermined game outcome.

Claims

1. A gaming device operable under control of a processor, said gaming device comprising:

an interactive game controlled by said processor;

a predetermined game outcome adapted to be provided to a player in said interactive game; and

a display device adapted to display said interactive game;

wherein said processor is operable with said display device to control a play of the interactive game by;

(a) determining a plurality of offers based on said predetermined game outcome;

(b) determining a plurality of different multipliers, wherein each multiplier is based on said predetermined game outcome and a different one of said plurality of determined offers;

(c) displaying one of said plurality of offers to the player;

(d) enabling the player to accept or reject said displayed offer;

(e) if the player rejects said displayed offer, repeating steps (c) to (e) until the player accepts another one of said determined offers or said displayed offer is a final offer; and

(f) if the player accepts said displayed offer or said displayed offer is the final offer;

(i) selecting and displaying one of said determined multipliers, wherein a product of said determined multiplier and said accepted offer or displayed final offer is said predetermined game outcome,

(ii) modifying said accepted or displayed final offer by said selected multiplier, and

(iii) providing said modified offer to the player, wherein said modified offer is equal to the predetermined game outcome.

2. The gaming device of claim 1, wherein said predetermined game outcome divided by said accepted offer or displayed final offer results in said selected determined multiplier.

3. The gaming device of claim 1, wherein each one of said potential offers multiplied by at least one of said determined multipliers yields said predetermined game outcome.

4. The gaming device of claim 1, wherein said predetermined game outcome is selected from a plurality of predetermined game outcomes.

5. The gaming device of claim 1, wherein said predetermined game outcome is stored in a memory device of said gaming device.

6. The gaming device of claim 1, wherein said predetermined game outcome is received from a central controller.

7. The gaming device of claim 1, wherein said interactive game is a bonus game.

8. The gaming device of claim 1, wherein said determined multiplier is displayed utilizing one of the group consisting of a wheel, a reel and a die.

9. The gaming device of claim 1, wherein said processor is operable to control the play of the interactive game by associating said plurality of offers with a plurality of selections, enabling the player to pick one of said selections and revealing the offer associated with the picked selection as the displayed offer which the player is enabled to accept or reject.

10. A gaming device operable under control of a processor, said gaming device comprising:

an interactive game controlled by said processor;

a predetermined game outcome adapted to be provided to a player in said interactive game; and

a display device adapted to display said interactive game;

wherein said processor is operable with said display device to control a play of the interactive game by;

(a) determining a plurality of offers based on said predetermined game outcome;

(b) displaying one of said plurality of offers to the player;

(c) enabling the player to accept or reject said displayed offer;

(d) if the player rejects said displayed offer, repeating steps (b) to (d) until the player accepts another one of said determined offers or said displayed offer is a final offer; and

(e) if the player accepts said displayed offer or said displayed offer is the final offer;

(i) determining and displaying a multiplier, wherein a product of the determined multiplier and the accepted offer or displayed final offer is said predetermined game outcome,

(ii) modifying said accepted offer or displayed final offer by said determined multiplier, and

(iii) providing said modified offer to the player, wherein said modified offer is equal to said predetermined game outcome.

11. The gaming device of claim 10, wherein said multiplier is determined by dividing said predetermined game outcome by said accepted offer or displayed final offer.

12. The gaming device of claim 10, wherein said predetermined game outcome is selected from a plurality of predetermined game outcomes.

13. The gaming device of claim 10, wherein said predetermined game outcome is stored in a memory device of said gaming device.

14. The gaming device of claim 10, wherein said predetermined game outcome is received from a central controller.

15. The gaming device of claim 10, wherein said interactive game is a bonus game.

16. The gaming device of claim 10, wherein said determined multiplier is displayed utilizing one of the group consisting of a wheel, a reel and a die.

17. The gaming device of claim 10, wherein said processor is operable to control the play of the interactive game by associating said plurality of offers with a plurality of selections, enabling the player to pick one of said selections and revealing the offer associated with the picked selection as the displayed offer which the player is enabled to accept or reject.

18. A gaming device operable under control of a processor, said gaming device comprising:

an interactive game controlled by said processor;

a display device adapted to display said game;

a plurality of multipliers in said game; and

a plurality of predetermined game outcomes in said game;

wherein said processor is operable with said display device to;

(a) select one of said predetermined game outcomes;

(b) determine a plurality of offers by dividing the selected predetermined game outcome by each of said determined multipliers;

(c) enable a player accept or reject said determined offers until one of said determined offers is accepted;

(d) select one of said multipliers by dividing the selected predetermined game outcome by said accepted offer;

(e) modify the accepted offer by the selected multiplier; and

(f) providing the modified accepted offer to the player, wherein said modified accepted offer equals said selected predetermined game outcome.

19. The gaming device of claim 18, wherein each predetermined game outcome is a multiple of a least common multiple of all of the plurality of multipliers.

20. The gaming device of claim 18, wherein said accepted offer is a final offer.

21. A gaming device operable under control of a processor, said gaming device comprising:

a game controlled by said processor;

a display device operable with said processor and adapted to display said game;

a predetermined game outcome provided to a player in said game;

a plurality of potential offers which the player may accept or reject in said game, wherein each potential offer is divisible into the predetermined game outcome; and

a modifier of the accepted offer, wherein said modified is determined by dividing the predetermined game outcome by said accepted offer.

22. The gaming device of claim 21, wherein said accepted offer is a final offer.

23. A method of operating a gaming device, said method comprising:

(a) determining a plurality of offers based on a predetermined game outcome;

(b) determining a plurality of different multipliers, wherein each multiplier is based on said predetermined game outcome and a different one of said plurality of determined offers;

(c) displaying one of said plurality of offers to the player;

(d) enabling the player to accept or reject said displayed offer;

(e) if the player rejects said displayed offer, repeating steps (c) to (e) until the player accepts another one of said determined offers or said displayed offer is a final offer; and

(f) if the player accepts said displayed offer or said displayed offer is the final offer;

(i) selecting and displaying one of said determined multipliers, wherein a product of said determined multiplier and said accepted offer or displayed final offer is said predetermined game outcome,

(ii) modifying said accepted offer or displayed final offer by said selected multiplier, and

(iii) providing said modified offer to the player, wherein said modified offer is equal to said predetermined game outcome.

24. The method of claim 23, wherein said predetermined game outcome divided by said accepted offer or displayed final offer results in said selected determined multiplier.

25. The method of claim 23, wherein each one of said potential offers multiplied by at least one of said determined multipliers yields said predetermined game outcome.

26. The method of claim 23, wherein said predetermined game outcome is selected from a plurality of predetermined game outcomes.

27. The method of claim 23, wherein said determined multiplier is displayed utilizing one of the group consisting of a wheel, a reel and a die.

28. The method of claim 23, which includes associating said plurality of offers with a plurality of selections, enabling the player to pick one of said selections and revealing the offer associated with the picked selection as the displayed offer which the player is enabled to accept or reject.

29. The method of claim 23, which is provided through a data network.

30. The method of claim 29, wherein the data network is an internet.

31. A method of operating a gaming device, said method comprising:

(a) determining a plurality of offers based on a predetermined game outcome;

(b) displaying one of said plurality of offers to the player;

(c) enabling the player to accept or reject said displayed offer;

(d) if the player rejects said displayed offer, repeating steps (b) to (d) until the player accepts another one of said determined offers or said displayed offer is a final offer; and

(e) if the player accepts said displayed offer or said displayed offer is the final offer;

(i) determining and displaying a multiplier, wherein a product of said determined multiplier and the accepted offer or displayed final offer is said predetermined game outcome,

(ii) modifying said accepted offer or displayed final offer by said determined multiplier, and

(iii) providing said modified offer to the player, wherein said modified offer is equal to said predetermined game outcome.

32. The method of claim 31, wherein said multiplier is determined by dividing said predetermined game outcome by said accepted offer or displayed final offer.

33. The method of claim 31, wherein said predetermined game outcome is selected from a plurality of predetermined game outcomes.

34. The method of claim 31, wherein said determined multiplier is displayed utilizing one of the group consisting of a wheel, a reel and a die.

35. The method of claim 31, which includes associating said plurality of offers with a plurality of selections, enabling the player to pick one of said selections and revealing the offer associated with the picked selection as the displayed offer which the player is enabled to accept or reject.

36. The method of claim 31, which is provided through a data network.

37. The method of claim 36, wherein the data network is an internet.

38. A method of operating a gaming device, said method comprising:

(a) determining a plurality of multipliers;

(b) determining a plurality of predetermined game outcomes;

(c) select one of said predetermined game outcomes;

(d) determine a plurality of offers by dividing the selected predetermined game outcome by each of said determined multipliers;

(e) enable a player accept or reject said determined offers until one of said determined offers is accepted;

(f) select one of said multipliers by dividing the selected predetermined game outcome by said accepted offer;

(g) modify the accepted offer by the selected multiplier; and

(h) providing the modified accepted offer to the player, wherein said modified accepted offer equals said selected predetermined game outcome.

39. The method of claim 38, wherein said accepted offer is a final offer.

40. The method of claim 38, wherein each predetermined game outcome is a multiple of a least common multiple of all of the plurality of multipliers.

41. The method of claim 38, which is provided through a data network.

42. The method of claim 41, wherein the data network is an internet.

43. A method of operating a gaming device, said method comprising:

(a) selecting a predetermined game outcome;

(b) enabling a player to accept or reject a plurality of potential offers, wherein each potential offer is divisible into the predetermined game outcome;

(c) determining a modifier of the accepted offer, wherein said modified is determined by dividing the predetermined game outcome by said accepted offer;

(d) modify the accepted offer by the determined multiplier; and

(e) providing the modified accepted offer to the player, wherein said modified accepted offer equals said selected predetermined game outcome.

44. The method of claim 43, wherein said accepted offer is a final offer.

45. The method of claim 43, which is provided through a data network.

46. The method of claim 45, wherein the data network is an internet.
