a. a first means comprising a smart card having a microchip with memory for storing parameter data about the patient;
b. a second means comprising a smart card reader for receiving the parameter data about the patient from the first means; and
c. a third means comprising a computer for analyzing the parameter data using a computerized statistical modeling technique module and a computerized adaptive expert system shell for the prediction of a health event in the lifetime of the patient, wherein the analyzed data is used to develop a health maintenance schedule for the patient and to allow a user to implement a health maintenance and monitoring schedule for the patient.
