1. A method of treating a patient suffering from a skin disorder, the method comprising:

  • administering a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-IL-31RA antibody or fragment to the patient, wherein the anti-IL-31RA antibody or fragment binds with amino acid residues 20-519 of SEQ ID NO;

    6 or portion thereof, or amino acid residues 33-532 of SEQ ID NO;

    8 or portion thereof, and wherein the anti-IL-31RA antibody or fragment prevents, inhibits the progression of, delays the onset of, reduces the severity of, and/or inhibits at least one of the conditions or symptoms of the skin disorder selected from the group consisting of Atopic Dermititis, Contact dermatitis, Drug induced delayed type cutaneous allergic reactions, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Cutaneous T cell Lymphoma, Bullous pemphigoid, Alopecia aereata, Vitiligo, Acne Rosacea, Prurigo nodularis, Scleroderma, and Herpes simplex virus.
