Abstract

A content delivery method for exporting content from a server to a terminal includes acquiring information on right management capability supported by the terminal, the information being reported from by terminal. The content that is appropriate to the terminal is selected based on the acquired information, and the selected content is delivered to the terminal in response to a request from the terminal.

Claims

1. A server that delivers content to a terminal, wherein said server is configured to:

acquire information on right management capability that said terminal supports, the information being reporting from said terminal;

select content that is appropriate to said terminal based on the acquired information; and

deliver the selected content to said terminal in response to a request from said terminal.

2. A content delivery method for exporting content to a terminal, the method comprising the steps of:

acquiring information on right management capability that said terminal supports, information being reported from said terminal;

selecting content that is appropriate to said terminal based on the acquired information; and

delivering the selected content to said terminal in response to a request from said terminal.

3. A server that delivers content to a terminal, wherein said server comprises:

means for acquiring information on right management capability that said terminal supports, the information being reported from said terminal;

means for delivering the selected content that is appropriate to said terminal based on the acquired information; and

means for delivering the selected content to said terminal in response to a request from said terminal.

4. A content delivery method for exporting content to a terminal, the method comprising the steps of:

acquiring information on right management capability that said terminal supports, information being reported from said terminal;

selecting content that is appropriate to said terminal based on the acquired information; and

delivering the selected content to said terminal in response to a request from said terminal.
