1. A communication system in which a transmitter transmits two types of data including real time data and non-real time data to a receiver for a respective data block, the communication system comprising:
- a retransmission requester configured to transmit a request for retransmission of an error data block which is the data block that is not correctly received by the receiver, regardless of whether the data type is real time or non-real time;
a retransmitter configured to retransmit the error data block in accordance with the request for retransmission;
a data type identifier configured to identify the data type as real time or non-real time; and
a parameter adjuster configured to adjust a parameter for data retransmission control of the two data types based on the data type identified by the data type identifier.

an error data block receiver configured to receive the error data block which is transmitted in accordance with the request for retransmission;
a data type acquirer configured to obtain the data type from the transmitter; and
a parameter adjuster configured to adjust a parameter for data retransmission control for the two data types based on the data type identified by the data type acquirer.
