1. A method for providing information of a client making a first response in a push-to-talk-over-cellular (PoC) network, the method comprising the steps of:

  • sending, by a session management server, an INVITE message to each of a plurality of clients to participate in a session to be established, when it is determined that an event meeting session establishment criteria occurs;

    receiving a first response signal to the INVITE message from one of the plurality of clients; and

    sending a message including information of the one of the plurality of clients making the first response to at least another of the plurality of clients, to request establishment of the session.
