Abstract

A customer is made to have an object equipped with a chip (wireless chip) capable of wireless communication. Further, an antenna is arranged in each of an entrance and an exit of a saleroom in a store and a plurality of points, respectively, inside the saleroom of the store. When the customer approaches the entrance, exit, and plurality of points, positional information and time information are written from an antenna arranged in the approached point to the wireless chip. By reading information written in the wireless chip, a movement path or the like of the customer in the saleroom is judged. The needs of the customer are judged based on the result.

Claims

1. A survey method comprising the steps of:

arranging an object equipped with a wireless chip outside a saleroom of a store;

writing information of an entrance from an antenna arranged in the entrance to the wireless chip when a person coming to the store approaches an entrance of the saleroom with the object;

writing information of at least one point from an antenna arranged in the at least one point to the wireless chip when the person coming to the store who enters inside the saleroom from the entrance moves around the inside with the object and approaches the at least one point arranged in the inside;

writing information of a register device from an antenna arranged in the register device to the wireless chip when the person coming to the store reaches the register device arranged in an exit of the saleroom with object;

leaving the object outside the saleroom;

collecting the left object; and

storing information to a database by reading information stored in the wireless chip attached to the collected object.

2. A survey method according to claim 1, wherein the object is a basket or a cart.

A survey method according to claim 1, wherein the information of the entrance includes a positional information of the entrance and time information at a time of approaching the entrance, wherein the information of the at least one point includes positional information of the at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point, wherein the information of the register device includes a time information at a time of reaching the register device

4. A survey method comprising the steps of:

arranging an object equipped with a wireless chip outside a saleroom of a store;

writing information of an entrance from an antenna arranged in the entrance to the wireless chip when a person coming to the store approaches an entrance of the saleroom with the object;

writing information of at least one point from an antenna arranged in the at least one point to the wireless chip when the person coming to the store who enters inside the saleroom from the entrance moves around the inside with the object and approaches the at least one point arranged in the inside;

writing information of a register device from an antenna arranged in the register device to the wireless chip when the person coming to the store reaches the register device arranged in an exit of the saleroom with the object, and then, storing information to a database by reading information stored in the wireless chip by an information processor provided for the register device, and erasing information stored in the wireless chip by the information processor; and

arranging the object equipped with the wireless chip outside the saleroom.

5. A survey method according to claim 4, wherein the object is a basket or a cart.

A survey method according to claim 4, wherein the information of the entrance includes a positional information of the entrance and time information at a time of approaching the entrance, wherein the information of the at least one point includes positional information of the at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point, wherein the information of the register device includes a time information at a time of reaching the register device

7. A survey method according to claim 4, further comprising the steps of:

storing information to a database by reading information stored in the wireless chip by an information processor provided for the register device, and erasing information stored in the wireless chip by the information processor;

obtaining personal information about the person coming to the store by the information processor, and storing the personal information to the database by connecting with information read from the wireless chip.

8. A survey method according to claim 4, further comprising the steps of:

storing information to a database by reading information stored in the wireless chip by an information processor provided for the register device, and erasing information stored in the wireless chip by the information processor;

obtaining information on a purchased amount of the person coming to the store by the information processor, and storing the information on the purchased amount to the database by connecting with information read from the wireless chip.

9. A survey method according to claim 4, further comprising the steps of:

storing information to a database by reading information stored in the wireless chip by an information processor provided for the register device, and erasing information stored in the wireless chip in the information processor;

obtaining information on a product purchased by the person coming to the store by the information processor, and storing the information on the product to the database by connecting with information read from the wireless chip.

10. A survey method comprising the steps of:

arranging an object equipped with a wireless chip outside a saleroom of a store;

writing starting information, positional information of an entrance, and time information at a time of approaching the entrance from an antenna arranged in the entrance to the wireless chip when a person coming to the store approaches an entrance of the saleroom with the object;

writing positional information of at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point from an antenna arranged in the at least one point to the wireless chip when the person coming to the store who enters inside the saleroom from the entrance moves around the inside with the object and approaches the at least one point;

writing terminating information and time information at a time of reaching a register device from an antenna arranged in the register device to the wireless chip when the person coming to the store reaches the register device arranged in an exit of the saleroom with the object, and then, storing information to a database by reading information stored in the wireless chip by an information processor provided for the register device, and erasing information stored in the wireless chip by the information processor;

obtaining information on a product purchased by the person coming to the store by the information processor;

storing information read from the wireless chip and information on the product by connecting with each other and outputting discount information on the product, by the database, when the information on the product is consistent with information on a predetermined product and time information between the starting information and the terminating information of information read from the wireless chip is within a predetermined period;

obtaining the discount information and setting a price of the product based on the discount information by the information processor; and

arranging the object equipped with the wireless chip in which stored information is erased.

11. A survey method according to claim 10, wherein the object is a basket or a cart.

12. A survey method comprising the steps of:

distributing an object equipped with a wireless chip to a person coming to an event site;

writing information of an entrance of the event site from an antenna arranged in the entrance to the wireless chip when the person coming to the site approaches the entrance of the event site with the object;

writing information of at least one point from an antenna arranged in the at least one point to the wireless chip when the person coming to the site who enters inside the event site from the entrance moves around the inside with the object and approaches the at least one point arranged in the inside;

writing information of an exit of the event site from an antenna arranged in the exit to the wireless chip when the person coming to the store reaches the exit with the object;

collecting the object; and

storing information to a database by reading information stored in the wireless chip attached to the collected object.

13. A survey method according to claim 12, wherein the object is a ticket, a coupon ticket or a member'"'"'s card.

14. A survey method according to claim 12,

wherein the information of the entrance includes a positional information of the entrance and time information at a time of approaching the entrance,

wherein the information of at least one point includes positional information of the at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point, and

wherein the information of the exit includes a time information at a time of reaching the exit.

23. A survey method according to claim 12,

wherein the object is put in a metal case so that information is not written in the wireless chip.

15. A survey method comprising the steps of:

distributing an object equipped with a wireless chip to a person coming to an event site;

writing information of an entrance of the event site from an antenna arranged in the entrance to the wireless chip when the person coming to the site approaches the entrance of the event site with the object;

writing information of at least one point from an antenna arranged in the at least one point to the wireless chip when the person coming to the site who enters inside the event site from the entrance moves around the inside with the object and approaches the at least one point arranged in the inside; and

writing information of an exit of the event site from an antenna arranged in the exit to the wireless chip when the person coming to the site reaches the exit with the object, and then, storing information to a database by reading information stored in the wireless chip by an information processor provided in the exit.

16. A survey method according to claim 15, wherein the object is a ticket, a coupon ticket or a member'"'"'s card.

17. A survey method according to claim 15,

wherein the information of the entrance includes a positional information of the entrance and time information at a time of approaching the entrance,

wherein the information of at least one point includes positional information of the at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point, and

wherein the information of the exit includes a time information at a time of reaching the exit.

18. A survey method according to claim 15, further comprising the steps of:

obtaining personal information about the person coming to the site by the information processor, and storing the personal information to the database by connecting with information read from the wireless chip.

19. A survey method according to claim 15, further comprising the steps of:

obtaining information on a purchased amount of the person coming to the site by the information processor, and storing the information on the purchased amount to the database by connecting with information read from the wireless chip.

20. A survey method according to claim 15, further comprising the steps of:

obtaining information on a product purchased by the person coming to the site by the information processor, and storing the information on the product to the database by connecting with information read from the wireless chip.

24. A survey method according to claim 15,

wherein the object is put in a metal case so that information is not written in the wireless chip.

21. A survey method comprising the steps of:

distributing an object equipped with a wireless chip to a person coming to an event site;

writing starting information, positional information of an entrance, and time information at a time of approaching the entrance from an antenna arranged in the entrance to the wireless chip when a person coming to the site approaches an entrance of the event site with the object;

writing positional information of at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point from an antenna arranged in the point to the wireless chip when the person coming to the site who enters inside the event site from the entrance moves around the inside with the object and approaches the at least one point arranged in the inside;

writing terminating information and time information at a time of reaching an exit of the event site from an antenna arranged in the exit to the wireless chip when the person coming to the site reaches the exit with the object, and then, storing information to a database by reading information stored in the wireless chip by an information processor provided in the exit;

obtaining information on a product purchased by the person coming to the site by the information processor;

storing information read from the wireless chip and information on the product by connecting with each other and outputting discount information on the product, by the database, when the information on the product is consistent with information on a predetermined product and time information between the starting information and the terminating information of information read from the wireless chip is within a predetermined period; and

obtaining the discount information and setting a price of the product based on the discount information by the information processor.

22. A survey method according to claim 21, wherein the object is a ticket, a coupon ticket or a member'"'"'s card.

25. A survey method according to claim 21,

wherein the object is put in a metal case so that information is not written in the wireless chip.

26. A survey system comprising:

an object equipped with a wireless chip;

an antenna of a saleroom entrance of a store;

at least one antenna of point of the saleroom;

an antenna of a saleroom exit;

an information processor arranged outside the saleroom; and

a database arranged outside the saleroom,

wherein the antenna of the saleroom entrance includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the saleroom entrance when a person coming to the store approaches with the object,

wherein the at least one antenna of the saleroom includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the at least one point when the person coming to the store approaches the at least one point in which the antenna is arranged, with the object,

wherein the antenna of the saleroom exit includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of a register device when the person coming to the store reaches the register device with the object,

wherein the information processor includes means for reading information written in the wireless chip, and

the database includes means for storing information read by the information processor.

27. A survey system according to claim 26, wherein the object is a basket or a cart.

A survey system according to claim 26, wherein the information of the entrance includes a positional information of the entrance and time information at a time of approaching the entrance, wherein the information of the at least one point includes positional information of the at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point, wherein the information of the register device includes a time information at a time of reaching the register device

29. A survey system comprising:

an object equipped with a wireless chip;

an antenna of a saleroom entrance of a store;

at least one antenna of point of the saleroom;

an antenna of a saleroom exit;

a register device provided with an information processor and arranged in the exit of the saleroom; and

a database arranged outside the saleroom,

wherein the antenna of the saleroom entrance includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the entrance when a person coming to the store approaches the entrance with the object,

wherein the at least one antenna of the saleroom includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the at least one point in which the antenna is arranged when the person coming to the store approaches the at least one point with the object,

wherein the antenna of the saleroom exit includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the register device when the person coming to the store reaches the register device with the object,

wherein the information processor includes means for reading information written in the wireless chip, and

wherein the database includes means for storing information read by the information processor.

30. A survey system according to claim 29, wherein the object is a basket or a cart.

A survey system according to claim 29, wherein the information of the entrance includes a positional information of the entrance and time information at a time of approaching the entrance, wherein the information of the at least one point includes positional information of the at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point, wherein the information of the register device includes a time information at a time of reaching the register device

A survey system according to claim 29, the information processor further includes means for obtaining personal information about the person coming to the store, and the database includes means for storing information read by the information processor and the personal information by connecting with each other.

33. A survey system according to claim 29, the information processor further includes means for obtaining information on a purchased amount of the person coming to the store, and the database has means for storing information read by the information processor and the information on the purchased amount by connecting with each other.

34. A survey system according to claim 29, the information processor further includes means for obtaining information on a product purchased by the person coming to the store, and the database has means for storing information read by the information processor and the information on the product by connecting with each other.

35. A survey system comprising:

an object equipped with a wireless chip;

an antenna of a saleroom entrance of a store;

at least one antenna of the saleroom,

an antenna of a saleroom exit;

a register device provided with an information processor and arranged in the saleroom exit; and

a database arranged outside the saleroom,

wherein the antenna of the saleroom entrance includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the entrance when a person coming to the store approaches the entrance with the object,

wherein the at least one antenna of the saleroom includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the at least one point when the person coming to the store approaches the point with the object,

wherein the antenna of the saleroom exit includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the exit when the person coming to the store reaches the register device with the object,

wherein the information processor includes means for reading information written in the wireless chip, means for obtaining information on a product purchased by the person coming to the store, means for obtaining discount information, and means for setting a price of the product based on the discount information, and

wherein the database includes means for storing information read from the wireless chip and the information on the product by connecting with each other, and means for outputting discount information on the product to the information processor when the information on the product is consistent with information on a predetermined product and time information between the starting information and the terminating information of information read from the wireless chip is within a predetermined period.

36. A survey system according to claim 35, wherein the object is a basket or a cart.

A survey system according to claim 35, wherein the information of the entrance includes a positional information of the entrance and time information at a time of approaching the entrance, wherein the information of the at least one point includes positional information of the at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point, wherein the information of the exit includes a time information at a time of reaching the register device

38. A survey system comprising:

an object equipped with a wireless chip;

an antenna of an event site entrance;

at least one antenna of at least one point of the event site;

an antenna of the event site exit;

an information processor arranged outside the event site; and

a database arranged outside the event site,

wherein the antenna of the event site entrance includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the entrance when a person coming to the event site approaches the entrance with the object,

wherein the at least one antenna of the at least one point of event site includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the at least one point when the person coming to the site approaches the at least one point with the object,

wherein the antenna of the event site exit includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the exit when the person coming to the event site reaches the exit with the object,

wherein the information processor includes means for reading information written in the wireless chip, and

wherein the database includes means for storing information read by the information processor.

39. A survey system according to claim 38, wherein the object is a ticket, a coupon ticket or a member'"'"'s card.

40. A survey system according to claim 39,

wherein the information of the entrance includes a positional information of the entrance and time information at a time of approaching the entrance,

wherein the information of at least one point includes positional information of the at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point, and

wherein the information of the exit includes a time information at a time of reaching the exit.

49. A survey system according to claim 38, further comprising a metal case for covering the object so that information is not written in the wireless chip.

41. A survey system comprising:

an object equipped with a wireless chip;

an antenna of an event site entrance;

an antenna of at least one point of the event site;

an antenna of the event site exit;

an information processor arranged in the exit; and

a database arranged outside the event site,

wherein the antenna of the event site entrance includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the entrance when a person coming to the event site approaches the entrance with the object,

wherein the antenna of the at least one point of the event site includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the at least one point when the person coming to the event site approaches the at least one point with the object,

wherein the antenna in the event site exit includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the exit when the person coming to the site reaches the exit with the object,

wherein the information processor includes means for reading information written in the wireless chip, and

wherein the database includes means for storing information read by the information processor.

42. A survey system according to claim 41, wherein the object is a ticket, a coupon ticket or a member'"'"'s card.

43. A survey system according to claim 41,

wherein the information of the entrance includes a positional information of the entrance and time information at a time of approaching the entrance,

wherein the information of the at least one point includes positional information of the at least one point and time information at a time of approaching the at least one point, and

wherein the information of the exit includes a time information at a time of reaching the exit.

A survey system according to claim 41, the information processor further includes means for obtaining personal information about the person coming to the site, and the database includes means for storing information read by the information processor and the personal information by connecting with each other.

45. A survey system according to claim 41, the information processor further includes means for obtaining information on a purchased amount of the person coming to the site, and the database includes means for storing information read by the information processor and the information on the purchased amount by connecting with each other.

46. A survey system according to claim 41, the information processor further includes means for obtaining information on a product purchased by the person coming to the site, and the database includes means for storing information read by the information processor and the information on the product by connecting with each other.

50. A survey system according to claim 41, further comprising a metal case for covering the object so that information is not written in the wireless chip.

47. A survey system comprising:

an object equipped with a wireless chip;

an antenna of a event site entrance;

an antenna of at least one point of the event site;

an antenna of the event site exit;

an information processor arranged in the exit; and

a database arranged outside the event site,

wherein the antenna of the event site entrance includes means for writing to the wireless chip starting information, positional information of the entrance, and time information at a time of approaching the entrance when a person coming to the event site approaches the entrance with the object,

wherein the antenna of the at least one point of the event site includes means for writing to the wireless chip positional information of a point in which the antenna is arranged and time information at a time of approaching the point when the person coming to the site approaches the point with the object,

wherein the antenna of the event site exit included means for writing to the wireless chip terminating information and time information at a time of reaching the exit when the person coming to the site reaches the exit with the object,

wherein the information processor includes means for reading information written in the wireless chip, means for obtaining personal information about the person coming to the site, means for obtaining discount information, and means for setting a price of the product based on the discount information, and

wherein the database includes means for storing information read from the wireless chip and the personal information by connecting with each other, and means for outputting discount information on the product to the information processor when the information on the product is consistent with information on a predetermined product and time information between the starting information and the terminating information of information read from the wireless chip is within a predetermined period.

48. A survey method according to claim 47, wherein the object is a ticket, an entrance ticket, a coupon ticket, or a member'"'"'s card.

51. A survey system according to claim 47, further comprising a metal case for covering the object so that information is not written in the wireless chip.

52. A survey method comprising the steps of:

arranging an object equipped with a wireless chip;

writing information of at least one point of a place from an antenna of the at least one point to the wireless chip;

collecting the object; and

storing the information to a database by reading the information stored in the wireless chip.

53. A survey method according to claim 52, wherein the object is a basket, a cart, a ticket, an entrance ticket, a coupon ticket, or a member'"'"'s card.

54. A survey method according to claim 52, wherein the place includes a shop, a saleroom, or an event site.

55. A survey system comprising the steps of:

an object equipped with a wireless chip;

an antenna of a point of a place;

an information processor; and

a database,

wherein the antenna of the point includes means for writing to the wireless chip information of the point,

wherein the information processor includes means for reading the information written in the wireless chip, and

wherein the database includes means for storing the information read by the information processor.

56. A survey system according to claim 55, wherein the object is a basket, a cart, a ticket, an entrance ticket, a coupon ticket, or a member'"'"'s card.

57. A survey method according to claim 55, wherein the place is a shop, a saleroom, or an event site.
