delivering real-time content to the mobile device while the mobile device is in the first mode; and
discontinuing delivery of real-time content if the mobile device is in a second mode, wherein the first mode is distinguished from the second mode based on at least one of length of user interaction with the mobile device to perform one or more functions and degree with which a power source of the mobile device is utilized.
