Abstract

It is an object of the present invention to provide a production system and a production method, which can change a period to delivery of products flexibly depending on a change of demand, in the case of producing a plurality of products having different specifications by mixing. A production system of plural kinds of products has a plurality of lower processes, which is capable of diverging, with respect to an upper process that can be applied common in a plurality of products. These upper process and lower process are organized by including one or a plurality of processes. A production line is constructed by a plurality of manufacturing facilities having different functions through the upper process and the lower process. Such a production system is provided with an order and delivery management system, a design management system, and a process management system.

Claims

1. A production system of plural kinds of products that is organized by including one or a plurality of processes, said production system comprising:

a first production line that has manufacturing facilities having different functions and that construct an upper process which can be applied common in a plurality of products; and

a second production line that has manufacturing facilities having different functions and that construct a lower process which is capable of diverging in a plurality of products.

2. A production system in which an order and delivery management system, a design management system, and a process management system are connected mutually,

wherein the order and delivery management system includes an order management means for sending order information such as kinds, quantity, and delivery date of an order products to the process management system,

the design management system includes:

an IP design means for performing a system design, a logic design, a layout design, and the like of a new kind;

a process design means for performing a design of a manufacturing process based on the IP information; and

a design verification means for performing an verification of the IP design and the process design, and

the process management system includes;

an order management means for receiving the order information from the order management means belonging to the order and delivery management system;

a process organization means for organizing a unit of a group called lot in order to produce a product;

an adaptive lot searching means for searching existence of process half-finished goods that is adapted to the lot from a process management table;

a process instruction means for giving a manufacturing management means an instruction of a process;

a manufacturing management means for managing process half-finished goods over a production line and manufacturing facilities;

a shipping management means for managing shipment information such as serial number, quantity, and data of products finishing a manufacturing process to be shipped or semi-manufactured goods; and

a stock management means for managing a factory stock.

3. A production method for manufacturing plural kinds of products with an upper process that is formed including one or a plurality of processes, and a lower process that is formed including a plurality of processes,

wherein in the upper process, a process that can be applied common in a plurality of products is performed;

and

in the lower process, one process selected from a plurality of processes is a common process that is compatible in plural kinds of products, and other processes are exclusive processes in plural kinds of products, which are capable of diverging corresponding to each of the plural kinds of products.
