1. A server comprising:

  • a first transceiver adapted to communicate with a first communication network;

    a second transceiver adapted to communicate with a second communication network including a plurality of communicating devices; and

    a processor cooperating with said first and second transceivers, said processor being adapted to learn at least some of said communicating devices from said second communication network, to repetitively obtain a plurality of values from said at least some of said communicating devices of said second communication network, to associate said values with a web page, to communicate said web page to a remote client over said first communication network, and to repetitively communicate said values associated with said web page to said remote client over said first communication network.
