Abstract

An RFID capable of stopping and restarting a response by initializing a part or the whole of internal data by setting includes a response restart set data storage portion, changes response restart set data by command data from external communication equipment to look up response restart data at the restart of a response, decides a data storage area and content that may be initialized when the restart is possible, and rewrites a data storage portion.

Claims

1. RFID including a communication control portion for transmitting and receiving command data to and from external communication equipment, a processing control portion for processing the command data transmitted and received, and a data storage portion for storing data, wherein said processing control portion includes response stopping means for stopping a response to said external communication equipment and response restarting means for restarting the response, and said response restarting means changes a content of said data storage portion before the response is restarted.

2. RFID according to claim 1, wherein said response restarting means changes only a part of the content of said data storage portion before the response is restarted.

3. RFID according to claim 1, wherein said data storage portion includes at least two kinds of areas, that is, an area for changing the data before the response is restarted and an area for holding as such the data.

RFID according to claim 1, wherein said processing control portion includes response restart set command data processing means, and said response restart set command data processing means can change the content of either the whole or a part of the content of the data of said data storage portion in accordance with said command data before the response is restarted.

8. RFID according to claim 1, wherein data stored in said data storage portion includes an ID.

RFID including a communication control portion for transmitting and receiving command data to and from external communication equipment, a processing control portion for processing the command data transmitted and received, and a data storage portion for storing data, wherein said processing control portion includes response stopping means for stopping a response to said external communication equipment and response restarting means for restarting the response and response restart control setting means for controlling permission and inhibition of the restart of the response, and said response restart control setting means inhibits the operation of said response restarting means when the response restart is inhibited.

RFID according to claim 5, wherein said processing control portion includes response restart set command data processing means, and said response restart set command data processing means can set either one or both of setting of permission/inhibition of the response restart to said response restarting means and setting of a change content of data of said data storage portion in accordance with said command data.

RFID according to claim 5, wherein said processing control portion of said RFID includes an authentication processing portion for executing an authentication processing and said processing control portion controls the execution of said response restart setting command data processing and said response restart command processing in accordance with an authentication result.
