c) an output display for displaying the geographic location and the weather data, wherein the weather data is displayable simultaneous with and over the geographic location data, and wherein the weather data is displayable on a scale of at least 25 square miles; and

a) a weather data receiver for receiving the weather data;
b) an output display for displaying the weather data, wherein the weather data is displayable on a scale of at least 25 square miles; and
