- Main power means, which drive said two sets of counter rotating lifting blades;
Auxiliary power means, which enable flying said coaxial Rotary-wing apparatus in at least following directions;
forwards, backwards, perform yawing;
Power control means for controlling the power applied to said two sets of counter rotating lifting blades and to said auxiliary power means.

15. A method for controlling the flight direction of a flying Rotary-wing toy using differential trust wherein said differential trust at least provide trust vectors associated with the flight plan and wherein said differential trust is located above center of gravity of flying Rotary-wing toy.
