1. A Gripcut Tool comprising two shear-bodies co-acting via a means of motion (e.g. a pivot-hinge), each body incorporating a cutting edge blade, a means of handling, and a jaw/shank integrally, inflexibly and rigidly integrated with a gripping/holding component, arranged such that the active gripping surfaces of the first body are complementary to and fit against the active gripping surfaces of the second body when the tool is in the closed position, and characterised in that at least part of the gripping surface of the first shear body is intersected by and exists in the plane containing the cutting edge of the first shear body, wherein the gripping surface of the first shear body is bordered in part by the aforementioned cutting edge, and further, exist in the same plane as, or border the gripping surface of the second shear body;
