a transmitting device configured to transmit the MAC frame selected by the selecting device by the single physical frame in response to reception of a polling frame and an acknowledgment frame.

a channel estimating device configured to estimate a channel based on channel estimating information included in a physical frame of a received polling frame;
a transmission system selecting device configured to select a transmission system of the physical frame to be transmitted as a response to the polling frame from a plurality of candidates in such a manner as to adapt to a channel estimate result estimated by the channel estimating device, the transmission system comprising at least one of a modulation system and a coding ratio; and

a first selecting device configured to select a plurality of MAC frames to be included in a single physical frame;
a channel estimating device configured to estimate a channel based on channel estimating information included in a physical frame of a received polling frame;
a transmission system selecting device configured to select a transmission system of the physical frame to be transmitted as a response to the polling frame from a plurality of candidates in such a manner as to adapt to a channel estimate result estimated by the channel estimating device, the transmission system comprising at least one of a modulation system and a coding ratio; and
a transmitting device configured to transmit a MAC frame selected by the selecting device in response to the reception of the polling frame by the single physical frame in accordance with the transmission system selected by the transmission system selecting device.

a physical frame generating device configured to generate a single physical frame including a poll frame which grants a transmission permission in accordance with a polling schedule, and at least one frame;
a device configured to start the polling schedule; and
a transmitting device configured to transmit the physical frame toward a communication apparatus to which the transmission permission is to be granted in accordance with the started polling schedule.

transmitting a selected MAC frame in response to the reception of the polling frame by the single physical frame in accordance with the selected transmission system.

starting the polling schedule; and
