Optical DVI cable system and method of laying cable
First Claim
1. An optical DVI cable system provided with a connection point where a plug and an adapter are connected on a line equipped with optical DVI connectors at both ends, wherein a first cable connected between the optical DVI connector and the plug comprises an optical fiber, a metal wire, a tensile strength fiber, and an envelope for enveloping them and is laid as the plug is passed through piping, and wherein the plug comprises a first ferrule for connecting the optical fiber, a first fixing mechanism for fixing the tensile strength fiber, a second fixing mechanism for blocking a twist of the envelope, and a joint mechanism of a detachable traction cap for pulling the cable and allowing the cable to pass through the piping.
