Abstract
A toy vehicle kit, suitable for removing a layer of removable material overlaid over the toy vehicle with a toy material remover, is presented. The toy vehicle kit comprises a toy vehicle covered with a layer of removable material and a toy material remover for removing the removable material layer by rubbing the toy material remover against the toy vehicle until an alternate surface of the toy vehicle is revealed. The removable material includes dehydrated water-based paint, grime, and removable paint. The toy material remover includes a chemical polisher agent, a cloth, water, alcohol, wax, a manual buffer device, and a motorized buffer device. The alternate surface revealed includes the material used to make the body of the vehicle, a permanent layer of paint, and a layer of polishable paint. Furthermore, the toy vehicle kit comprises detachably attachable parts used to customize the toy vehicle after removing the removable material.

30. A toy car kit wherein a toy car is overlaid with a layer of dehydrated water-based paint, the toy car kit comprising:

a car-shaped body substantially covered with a layer of dehydrated water-based paint, and wherein the car-shape body is made out of a non-porous, fadeless, permanent material; and
