interface circuitry for communicating results of analyzing portions of received data to at least one other location; and

11. A monitoring system comprising:

at least one sensor for monitoring a condition of a person and providing at least a first signal;
an interface for transferring the at least a first signal to one of a local device or local personal computer that includes a processor and software to at least in part identify an attention requiring situation determined from the at least a first signal;
at least one of an audio output or visual output to provide treatment information in response to the situation;
the at least one of a local device or personal computer providing an interface for transferring data to and from a remote unit; and
