Abstract

The invention relates to a device, a method and an apparatus for acquiring data, the device comprising a wireless network including a set of nodes (100), each node (100) including a sender (140) and a receiver (150) for sending and/or receiving and/or relaying data and/or commands, and a satellite positioning system (130), characterized in that each satellite positioning system (130) includes means for providing specific data used for time-stamping the data relative to a common time reference, organizing an access to the wireless network in a perfectly controlled manner, and routing data and/or commands within the network.

Claims

1. Data acquisition device formed of a wireless network including a set of nodes (100), each node (100) including a sender (140) and a receiver (150) for sending and/or receiving and/or relaying data and/or commands, and a satellite positioning system (130), characterized in that each satellite positioning system (130) includes means for providing specific data used for:

time-stamping the data relative to a common time reference,

organizing an access to the wireless network in a perfectly controlled manner, and

routing the data and/or commands within the network.

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that each satellite positioning system (130) includes means for providing specific data used to organize in a controlled manner a time-oriented sequencing of the operation of the sender (140) and of the receiver (150) of each of the nodes (100).

Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each satellite positioning system (130) includes means for providing specific data used to organize in a controlled manner the allocation of a specific radiofrequency between a sender (140) and a receiver (450), respectively located in separate nodes (100) and (400) of the network.

Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the network includes a concentrator (200) which organizes, in a controlled way and on the basis of specific data provided by the satellite positioning system (130), the access to the wireless network, the routing within the network of the data and/or commands that it generates, the time-oriented sequencing of the operation of the sender (140) and of the receiver (150) with each of the nodes (100), and the allocation of a specific radiofrequency between a sender (140) and a receiver (450) respectively located in separate nodes (100) and (400) of the network.

Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a node (100) includes at least one sensor (110, 111, 112), at least one analog-digital converter (120, 121, 122) for converting the data from said at least one sensor (110, 111, 112) and means associated with the analog-digital converter (120, 121, 122) for linking time-stamping information with said data.

Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the satellite positioning system (130) associated with a node (100) includes means for locating the position of the nodes (100) within the network relative to a local geographic reference and means for ascertaining the global time.

7. Device according to claim 6, characterized in that the local geographic reference is determined by means of a satellite positioning system included in the concentrator (200).

8. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each node (100) includes a data storage means.

Device according to claim 8, characterized in that the data storage means is a memory storing the specific data provided by the satellite positioning system (130), the data from said at least one analog-digital converter (120, 121, 122) of a node (100), data and/or commands from other nodes of the network.

10. Data acquisition apparatus characterized in that it is in accordance with a node (100) of the device according to one of the preceding claims.

11. Method of acquiring data within a wireless network including a set of nodes, said method including steps consisting in:

sending and/or receiving and/or relaying data and/or commands from at least one node (100) of the network, said node including a sender and a receiver;

providing specific data from a satellite positioning system (130) located in each node (100) of the network;

time-stamping the data relative to a common time reference,

organizing an access to the wireless network in a perfectly controlled manner, and

routing the data and/or commands sent and/or received and/or relayed within the network.

12. Method according to claim 11, including a step consisting in:

organizing in a perfectly controlled manner a time-oriented sequencing of the operation of a sender (140) and of a receiver (150) included in each of the nodes (100).

13. Method according to claim 12, including steps consisting in:

allocating time slots during which a node (100) of the network must send data and/or commands,

allocating time slots during which a node (100) of the network must receive data and/or commands,

allocating time slots during which a node (100) of the network must switch to standby mode.

14. Method according to one of claims 11 to 13, including a step consisting in:

organizing in a controlled manner the allocation of a specific radiofrequency between a sender (140) and a receiver (450), respectively located in separate nodes (100) and (400) of the network.

15. Method according to one of claims 11 to 14, including a step consisting in:

storing the specific data provided by the satellite positioning system (130) and/or data from at least one analog-digital converter (120, 121, 122) of a node (100) and/or data from other nodes of the network and/or commands from other nodes of the network.
