1. A magnet-shunted system for rerouting extrinsic magnetic fields and waves propagating to a target away therefrom and also for rerouting device magnetic fields and waves generated by one of an electric, electronic, and magnetic device away from said target comprising:

  • at least one magnet member having at least one of a permanent magnet and an electromagnet each of which is configured to define at least one one N pole and S pole therein; and

at least one path member which is configured to be magnetically permeable, to be magnetically coupled to said magnet member, to absorb thereinto at least one of said extrinsic and device magnetic fields and waves, and to reroute said one of said extrinsic and device magnetic fields and waves to at least one of said poles of said magnet member, whereby said one of said fields and waves are absorbed by said path member, to be rerouted toward said magnet member, and eliminated by at least one of said poles of said magnet member.
