Abstract

A system for providing a mobile communication device with information, the system including at least one server being communicable with the mobile communication device to communicate service choices and the information to the mobile communication device. Upon selection of at least one of the service choices, the mobile communication device augments the selection with data at least partially indicative of preference data and wherein the at least one server utilizes the augmented selection to identify information corresponding to the augmented selection. The server then communicates the identified information to the mobile communications device.

Claims

1. A method for sending a data file to a recipient over a wireless communications network from a user of a wireless communication device, comprising:

communicatively connecting to a server over the wireless communications network;

selecting an option to send the data file to the recipient;

communicatively connecting to a storage device;

recording the data file on the storage device; and

sending the data file to the recipient.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the selecting an option to send the data file further comprises:

selecting an option for a communication service choice; and

augmenting the communication service choice with preference data.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the communicatively connecting to the storage device further comprises sending user identification information to the storage device.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the wireless communication device had an adaptive capability to find at least one piece of focused personalized information through at least one learned usage pattern.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the recording the data file comprises:

providing an voice input through the wireless communication device; and

storing the voice input as a data file on the storage device.

6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

disconnecting from the server in order to communicatively connect to the storage device; and

reconnecting to the server.
