1. A messaging system for enabling messaging dialogue between an enterprise and a client of the enterprise who has a mobile device operatively connected via a wireless communication link to a telecommunication network, the system comprising:
- a Mobile Dialogue Engine (MDE) connected by a communications network to the enterprise, the MDE including program instructions stored in memory, the instructions comprising;
first instructions for receiving a plurality of message files from the enterprise, each message file including a client identity and message information, second instructions for associating a wireless device and a wireless service provider with each client identity, third instructions for composing a mobile-terminated message to said wireless device of said identified client as a function of said message information, and fourth instructions for delivering said message to said client wireless device, wherein at least two clients have different wireless service providers.

Abstract
A method for messaging between an enterprise and clients of the enterprise who each have a mobile device operatively connected via a wireless communication link to a telecommunication network, and wherein at least two clients have different wireless service providers. The method includes receiving a plurality of message files from the enterprise, each message file including a client identity and message information; associating a wireless device and a wireless service provider with each client identity; composing a mobile-terminated message to the wireless device of the identified client as a function of the message information; and delivering the message to the client wireless device. The method also provides receiving a mobile-originated message from the client in response to the mobile-terminated message and, thereafter, composing and delivering a second mobile-terminated message to the same wireless device as a function of at least one data field within the mobile-originated message.

providing a data point for each of said clients, said data point correlating to a pre-defined message text; and
