1. An apparatus to automatically generate a customized color palette, the apparatus comprising:
- a processor programmable to execute instructions; and
a memory device operably connected to the processor to store data structures of executable and operational types, the data structures comprising;
an assessment module to receive data corresponding to each attribute of a plurality of physical attributes of a living subject and output an analysis uniquely corresponding thereto, the assessment module comprising;
a query module to link the each attribute to a color from a database, and a determination module to determine a color class based on an accumulation of outputs from the query module linking each attribute, over the plurality of physical attributes, to a color, an association module to create a color palette uniquely corresponding to the subject to be compatible therewith, based on the color class and the plurality of physical attributes; and
a presentation module to present the color palette to a user.

Abstract
A method and apparatus to automatically generate a customized color palette receives data corresponding to several physical attributes of a living subject, such as hair, skin and eyes and conducts an analysis uniquely corresponding to each attribute, and may associate each attribute with at least one property such as a color family, a technical identifier, an intensifier, a temperature, a power color, and a saturation designation. Software may identify the color linked to each attribute by, for example, an LAB value, an RGB value, an HTML value, an XYZ value or a CMY value, while an intensifier may be a contrasting color, and saturation may indicate whether the color linked to the attribute is a tone, tint, shade or hue. A color palette uniquely compatible with the subject may be presented by print media, monitor, printer, cell phone, personal digital assistant, or the like.

15. An apparatus to automatically generate a customized color palette of colors compatible with the natural coloring of a living subject, the apparatus comprising:

a processor programmable to execute instructions; and
a memory device operably connected to the processor to store data structures of executable and operational types, the data structures comprising;
an assessment module to identify and analyze a color corresponding to each of a plurality of physical attributes of the subject and output at least one numerical value uniquely corresponding thereto, the assessment module comprising;
a query module to correspond each physical attribute of the plurality of physical attributes to a color matched thereto from a database of colors, and a determination module to accumulate data corresponding to the each physical attribute and determine therefrom for the plurality of physical attributes, a color class corresponding to the subject, an association module to create a color palette uniquely corresponding to the subject and comprising colors selected to be compatible with the natural coloring of the subject based on the color class and the plurality of physical attributes; and
a presentation module to present the color palette to a user.

16. A method for automatically generating a customized color palette to be compatible with the natural coloring of a living subject, the method comprising:

corresponding each of a plurality of physical attributes of the subject to a color matched thereto from a database of colors;
accumulating data corresponding to the each physical attribute;
determining, based on the accumulated data for the plurality of physical attributes, a color class corresponding to the subject;
creating, based on the color class and the plurality of physical attributes, a color palette uniquely compatible with the subject; and
