selection means allowing said client to prioritize preferred communication means to and from said service provider;
tracking means whereby information relevant to said sales appointment, service appointment or campaign is analyzed, said information from said tracking means including information from the group containing;
revenues from labor, parts, or sales;
service provider employee or employees;
customer service performance; and
productivity; and
reporting means for reporting results generated by said tracking means.
