Abstract

An intelligent and automated system and method for establishment, collection, and maintaining of organizational and personal portfolios. In relationship to the present invention the term intelligent refers to the systems program structure which facilitates simple user entry while performing complex operations and manipulations, transparent to the individual. The term automated relates to the structured computer algorithms implementing the present system. Additionally, users may customize interfaces and functions to improve their interactions with the present invention. Also multiple selected copies may be collected into repositories as the user desires. The present system functionality is offered as a complete package with hardware and software available through any internet connection. The combination of native code with design patterns to isolate repeated elements improves reliability and stability of system operation.

Claims

1. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system for comprehensive aggregation, storage, and retrieval of an individual professional development data in a single computer repository for individuals and employee based organizations comprising:

a complete hardware and software configured system;

a stable functionally engineered software solution;

a reliable functionally engineered software solution;

a supportable system with functional system architecture;

interfacing through a collection of extensible and customizable metaphors;

implementing an early warning communication reminders;

a flexible content format for user upload into system;

a flexible content format for user download from system; and

a flexible directory look up mapping function defined by user keywords.

2. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein the intelligence and automation are derived through a collection of structured programming techniques and a simple user interface.

3. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein the complete aggregation of an individual professional development data is facilitated by the structured programming techniques.

4. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein the single repository engine and data base are maintained by a provider.

5. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein the system stability, reliability, and supportability is enabled by the structured programming techniques.

6. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein the collection of extensible and customizable metaphors are available to users rough the structured programming techniques and a simple user interface.

7. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein the reminders are sent to the user automatically by the structured programming techniques with time for compliance before an item'"'"'s date of expiration in the repository.

8. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein the flexible content format uploading and downloading are supported by predefined routines implemented through the structured programming techniques with a simple user interface.

9. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein the mapping by user defined keywords for an establishment of an individual identity is supported by the structured programming techniques with a simple user interface.

10. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein the mapping by user selected keywords for a retrieval of an individual capability is supported by the structured programming techniques and a simple user interface.

11. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein a collection of multiple versions of the personal portfolio repositories are created, saved, emailed, and viewed by users.

12. An intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio management system according to claim 1 wherein the flexible content format of a user repository is implemented with the structured programming techniques and a simple user interface.

A computerized method of implementing an intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio through comprehensive aggregation of a collection of individual professional development data focused in a single computer repository for individuals and employee based organizations, comprising:

providing a complete hardware and software configured system;

providing a stable functionally engineered software solution;

providing a reliable functionally engineered software solution;

providing a supportable system with functional system architecture;

providing interfacing through a collection of extensible and customizable metaphors;

providing implementation an early warning communication reminder function;

providing a flexible content format for user upload into system;

providing a flexible content format for user download from system; and

providing a flexible directory look up mapping function defined by user keywords.

14. A computerized method of implementing an intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio according to claim 13 wherein the intelligence and automation method is derived from a collection of structured programming techniques and a simple user interface.

15. A computerized method of implementing an intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio according to claim 13 wherein the complete aggregation method of an individual professional development data is implemented through the structured programming techniques.

16. A computerized method of implementing an intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio according to claim 13 wherein the single repository engine and data base are maintained by a provider.

17. A computerized method of implementing an intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio according to claim 13 wherein the system stability, reliability, and supportability is enabled by the structured programming techniques.

A computerized method of implementing an intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio according to claim 13 wherein the flexible content format uploading and downloading are supported by predefined routines implemented through the structured programming techniques with a simple user interface.

A computerized method of implementing an intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio according to claim 13 wherein the mapping by user defined keywords for an establishment of an individual identity is supported by the structured programming techniques with a simple user interface.

A computerized method of implementing an intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio according to claim 13 wherein the mapping by user selected keywords for a retrieval of an individual capability is supported by the structured programming techniques and a simple user interface.

23. A computerized method of implementing an intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio according to claim 13 wherein a collection of multiple versions of the personal portfolio repositories are created, saved, emailed, and viewed.

24. A computerized method of implementing an intelligent automated organizational and personal portfolio according to claim 13 wherein the flexible content format of a user repository is implemented with the structured programming techniques and a simple user interface.

25. A set of application program interfaces embodied on a computer screen interface for execution on a computer in conjunction with an application program that receives, processes, and stores organizational and personal portfolio items for individuals and employee based organizations, comprising:

a first interface for user log in and item uploading;

a second collection of interfaces for item manipulation to suit user; and

a third interface that allows user report generation and emailing.
