Mobile radio system and mobile radio channel assigning method
First Claim
1. A mobile radio apparatus for establishing radio communications between a base station and a plurality of mobile stations and radio communications among the plurality of mobile stations, each of said plurality of mobile stations comprising:
- location information acquiring means for acquiring position information of a current position of the mobile station;
channel assigning means for assigning a frequency channel for radio communications; and
transmitting/receiving means for transmitting and receiving information with the frequency channel assigned with said channel assigning means, wherein said channel assigning means assigns the frequency channel corresponding to the position information acquired with said position information acquiring means.

Abstract
A mobile radio system for radio communications between a base station and a plurality of mobile stations, as well as among a plurality of mobile stations, including a mobile radio channel assignment method, where each mobile station is capable of acquiring position information of the current position of the mobile station, as well as assigning a frequency channel for radio communications. The mobile station transmits and receives information using the assigned frequency channel, corresponding to the acquired position information.
