1. A system for supplying electronic messages to a message recipient, comprising:
- a message server configured to distribute electronic messages;
a plurality of electronic messages stored on the message server, the plurality of electronic messages including video output for the message recipient;
a message header stored on the message server for each electronic message, the message header referring to message blocks for message content and video output; and
a message client is configured to first receive the message header when an electronic message is sent to the message recipient and to request the message blocks from the message server when the electronic message is accessed by the message recipient.

A plurality of electronic messages can be stored on the message server, and the plurality of electronic messages include video output for the message recipient.
