disposing a curable topcoat composition having an inner surface and an outer surface onto a first side of a backing layer, wherein the inner surface is disposed on the first side of the backing layer; -

disposing a topcoat composition having an inner surface and an outer surface onto a first side of a backing layer, wherein the inner surface is disposed on the first side of the backing layer, wherein the first side of the backing layer is textured, and wherein at least a portion of the outer surface of the topcoat composition has a friction-reducing surface finish having a coefficient of friction equal to or less than about 0.6 as measured by ASTM 1894-95.
