Abstract

A mobile terminal with a guardianship function, includes: a first module, configured for collecting data related to use of the mobile terminal; a second module, configured for determining the use of the mobile terminal by analyzing the data collected by the first module; and a third module, configured for sending a short message informing the use of the mobile terminal determined by the second module. A method for performing the guardianship function at a mobile terminal is also provided. By using the mobile terminal and the method, a guardian is able to timely learn a ward'"'"'s use of the mobile terminal, thus effectively monitoring the ward.

Claims

1. A mobile terminal, comprising:

a first module, configured for collecting data related to use of the mobile terminal;

a second module, configured for determining the use of the mobile terminal by analyzing the data collected by the first module; and

a third module, configured for sending a short message for informing the use of the mobile terminal determined by the second module.

2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein, the second module comprises:

a first sub-module, configured for receiving a configuration command from a user and generating guardianship requirements; and

a second sub-module, configured for analyzing the data collected by the first module according to the guardianship requirements generated by the first sub-module.

3. The mobile terminal of claim 2, wherein, the second module further comprises:

a database of configuration information, configured for receiving the guardianship requirements from the first sub-module, saving the guardianship requirements, and providing the guardianship requirements for the second sub-module.

4. The mobile terminal of claim 3, wherein, the first sub-module is independently set inside the mobile terminal or is integrated in any other module existing in the mobile terminal;

the second sub-module is independently set inside the mobile terminal or is integrated in any other module existing in the mobile terminal; and

the database of configuration information is independently set inside the mobile terminal or is integrated in any other module existing in the mobile terminal.

5. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein, the first module further comprises:

a timer, configured for calculating a running time of a program of the mobile terminal and transmitting the running time of the program to the third module via the second module; and

the third module is further configured for sending the short message carrying the running time of the program.

6. The mobile terminal of claim 5, wherein, the first module further comprises:

a determination module, configured for determining whether the running time of the program is out of a threshold and notifying the third module via the second module if the running time of the program is out of the threshold; and

the third module is further configured for sending the short message for informing of the running time of the program being out if the running time of the program is out of the threshold.

7. The mobile terminal of claim 6, wherein, the first module is further configured for stopping running the program if the running time of the program is out of the threshold.

8. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein, the second module further comprises:

a timer, configured for calculating a running time of a program of the mobile terminal and outputting the running time of the program to the third module; and

the third module is further configured for sending the short message carrying the running time of the program.

9. The mobile terminal of claim 8, wherein, the second module further comprises:

a determination module, configured for determining whether the running time of the program is out of a threshold and notifying the third module if the running time of the program is out of the threshold; and

the third module is further configured for sending the short message for informing of the running time of the program being out if the running time of the program is out of the threshold.

10. The mobile terminal of claim 9, wherein, if the running time of the program is out of the threshold, the determination module is further configured for notifying the first module;

and

the first module is further configured for stopping running the program if being notified.

11. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the first module comprises any one or any combination of a game module, a voice service module, a network application module, a signaling process module, and a power management module;

and

the use of the mobile terminal comprises any one or any combination of the followings;

being turn-on, being turnoff, roaming, entering a service area, being of insufficient power supply, playing games, opening a data service application and making a call.

12. The mobile terminal of claim 5, wherein the first module comprises any one or any combination of a game module, a voice service module and a network application module;

and

the use of the mobile terminal comprises any one or any combination of the followings;

playing games, opening a data service application and making a call.

13. The mobile terminal of claim 8, wherein the first module comprises any one or any combination of a game module, a voice service module and a network application module;

and

the use of the mobile terminal comprises any one or any combination of the followings;

playing games, opening a data service application and making a call.

14. A method for implementing a guardianship function at a mobile terminal, comprising:

collecting data related to use of the mobile terminal;

analyzing the data and determining the use of the mobile terminal according the analyzing; and

sending a short message used for informing the use of the mobile terminal.

15. The method of claim 14, the determining further comprising determining the mobile terminal is about to be turned off, correspondingly, the sending further comprising sending the short message before the mobile terminal being turned off.

16. The method of claim 14, further comprising:

generating guardianship requirements of a user according to a configuration command from the user;

collecting the data according to the guardianship requirements;

analyzing the data based on the guardianship requirements.

17. The method of claim 14, further comprising:

calculating a running time of a program at the mobile terminal, wherein, the short message further carries the running time of the program.

18. The method of claim 17, further comprising:

transmitting a short message used for informing the running time of the program is out of a threshold.

19. The method of claim 18, further comprising:

stopping running the program when the running time is out of the threshold.

20. The method of claim 14, further comprising:

receiving a remote control message for indicating that the running of at least one program at the mobile terminal should be stopped; and

stopping the running according to the indicating of the remote control message.

21. The method of claim 20, further comprising:

identifying whether a short message received contains a predefined password, if yes, determining the short message received is the remote control message.

22. The method of claim 14, wherein, the use of the mobile terminal comprises any one or any combination of the followings:

being turn-on, being turnoff, roaming, entering a service area, being of insufficient power supply, playing games, opening a data service application and making a call.

23. The method of claim 17, wherein, the use of the mobile terminal comprises any one or any combination of the followings:

playing games, opening a data service application and making a call.

24. The method of claim 20, wherein, the use of the mobile terminal comprises any one or any combination of the followings:

playing games, opening a data service application and making a call.
