One then also provides (103) a processor (201) that is operably coupled to this memory and that is configured and arranged to facilitate deployment of the private civil security resource on behalf of at least one of the authorized beneficiaries in response to circumstances as correspond to a civilly-catastrophic event. A processor interface (401) can then be provided (102) that operably couples to this processor to further assist with such facilitation.
