Abstract

A console for an RFID edge server can include a graphical interface to receive ALE filer information such that the graphical interface allows the selection ALE filters on an RFID edge server.

Claims

1. A console for an RFID edge server including a graphical interface to receive ALE filer information such that the graphical interface allows the selection of ALE filters on an RFID edge server.

2. The console of claim 1, wherein the filters are associated with an RFID reader.

3. The console of claim 1, wherein a list of available ALE filters is displayed.

4. The console of claim 3, wherein the graphical interface allows the selection of one of the available ALE filters.

5. The console of claim 1, wherein the graphical interface shows filters in a filter chain.

6. The console of claim 1, wherein the graphical interface allows the repositioning of filters in the filter chain.

7. A computer implemented method comprising:

using a graphical interface to select an ALE filter; and

using the selected ALE filter to filter RFID tag data at an RFID edge server.

8. The computer implemented method of claim 7, wherein the filters are associated with an RFID reader.

9. The computer implemented method of claim 7, wherein a list of available ALE filters is displayed.

10. The computer implemented method of claim 9, wherein the graphical interface allows the selection of one of the available ALE filters.

11. The computer implemented method of claim 7, wherein the graphical interface shows filters in a filter chain.

12. The computer implemented method of claim 7, wherein the graphical interface allows the repositioning of filters in the filter chain.

13. A computer readable medium including code to:

receiving a selection of an ALE file filter from a graphical interface; and

using the selected ALE filter to filter RFID tag data at an RFID edge server.

14. The computer readable medium of claim 13, wherein the filters are associated with an RFID reader.

15. The computer readable medium of claim 13, wherein a list of available ALE filters is displayed.

16. The computer readable medium of claim 15, wherein the graphical interface allows the selection of one of the available ALE filters.

17. The computer readable medium of claim 13, wherein the graphical interface shows filters in a filter chain.

18. The computer readable medium of claim 13, wherein the graphical interface allows the repositioning of filters in the filter chain.
