Abstract

The assembly of the mobile swing-gate is installed in the channel that is dug across the entire width of the road, and the sides of the excavation are reinforced by wall (5). The created recess is over-bridged by swing-gate (1). One side of swing-gate (1) is connected onto joint (2) that is fixed onto channel wall (5). The opposite side of swing-gate (1) is supported by support grate (3) that by its upper side leans against swing-gate (1) and by its lower side against the corner of wall (5). Steel rope (4) is attached at the upper side of the support grate. By pulling steel rope (4) the support grate (3) eludes bellow swing-gate (1) that remains without support at that side, rotates about joint (2) and falls into the channel, and in such a way a recess is opened in the road.

Claims

1. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage is installed across the entire width of the access road for the vehicle traffic in a way that in the road a sufficiently deep and sufficiently wide excavation is made, so that it cannot be passed by the wheel-running vehicle, but in order to enable the vehicle passage over the excavation, the same one is over-bridged by the swing-gate, characterized by that the swing-gate at one side leans against the support that enables the opposite side of the swing-gate to be lowered into the excavation, that on the opposite side the swing-gate leans against a mobile support that by its lower side stands on the bottom of the excavation, that one end of the swing-gate leans against the upper side of the mobile support, and that, when by pulling the steel rope, the mobile support is pulled out underneath one end of the swing-gate, the swing-gate remains without one support, and this side of the swing-gate falls into the excavation and remains in the vertical position, preventing in such a way the vehicle passage from both directions.

2. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 1, characterized by that the mentioned assembly consists of support grate, steel rope, carrier of activating assembly, roller, small rollers, mobile plate, coupler, limiter, weight, pulley, swing-gate, and on the lower side of swing-gate ribbed supplements are attached, on one end of swing-gate pipes are attached, and on its opposite end, at the lower side, supporting plates are attached, and on support wall joint is fixed, which consists of the plate onto which pipe is fastened, through which passes the shaft of joint.

Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 2, characterized by that mentioned swing-gate serves to over-bridge the recess on the road and is made of a strong plate, that at its lower side it has fastened vertical ribbed supplements for increasing the carrying capacity, that on one end of swing-gate plates are attached, against which leans support grate, and by means of plates also the height difference of the lower side of swing-gate and of support grate is adjusted, so that the height of the upper side of the swing-gate is levelled with the road level, that on the opposite side of swing-gate pipe is attached, which is of round shape and with a slot that enables the setting of swing-gate on the shaft of joint, that through pipe shaft is pulled through, by means of which swing-gate is connected with joint in a way that swing-gate can freely rotate.

4. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 3, characterized by that mentioned joint serves as a support for swing-gate at its one side and also enables that swing-gate rotates about this support, that joint consists of the plate by means of which it is fastened to the wall of channel, that on the plate pipe of the round shape is attached, through which shaft is pulled through, by means of which joint is connected with swing-gate.

5. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to claim 3, characterized by that mentioned support grate serves as the support for swing-gate on the side that is opposite of the side where swing-gate is connected with joint, i.e. it serves that by eluding support grate swing-gate would loose this support, what would enable the turning of swing-gate about joint and its falling down, and in such a way a recess in the road is opened preventing the vehicle passage, that support grate consists of two pipes that are parallel disposed and inter-connected with several pipes attached vertically to it.

6. The assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 2, characterized by that mentioned steel rope serves that by pulling it support grate eludes bellow swing-gate, that it is attached in the middle of the upper side of support grate, that steel rope is placed into the tubular protection, which protects it from dirt, enables an easy using and a simple laying-down of steel rope into the ground.

7. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 2, characterized by that mentioned assembly carrier is fastened onto the casing walls and serves as the assembly carrier, that in the middle it has an opening through which passes roller, that in the symmetry axis of the opening two grooves are made, in which small rollers are placed in a way that the recess of groove is equal to the radius of small rollers and the length of groove is equal to the diameter of small rollers.

8. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 7, characterized by that mentioned roller serves to enable the locking and simple unlocking of the assembly, that on its periphery semi-circular groove is made into which enter little rollers, that groove is of semi-circular shape with the diameter equal to the radius of little rollers and somewhat shallower than the radius of little rollers, that on its upper side the steel rope is attached, which other end is attached to support grate, that on the lower side of roller weight is attached, which, after roller is unlocked, falls down and pulls steel rope in such a way.

9. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 8, characterized by the mentioned small rollers serve for locking roller and for holding it on assembly carrier, that, after being liberated, they move away from roller and unlock it in such a way, and that they are placed in grooves on assembly carrier.

10. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 2, characterized by that mentioned mobile plate serves to keep roller locked and that by its withdrawing little rollers are liberated and exit from groove unlocking roller in such a way, that mobile plate has made opening for dragging the plate manually at one side, that on the other side a slot is made that is narrower in its upper part and gets wider in its lower part, that the slot dimension on narrower part is equal to the sum of the diameter of groove and two diameters of small rollers in a way that, when roller is positioned in the height level of assembly carrier, little rollers enter into groove of roller and mobile plate on the inner walls of slot presses little rollers and keep them in groove of roller, that in such a way roller is fixed to assembly carrier, that after dragging mobile plate slot being wider in its lower part permits along grooves on assembly carrier the rolling away of little rollers pressed by the slope of groove, that in such a way, when the assembly for activating is in the position that weight is lifted and swing-gate is in horizontal position on the road, mobile plate is in the position when the inner walls of opening keep and press small rollers into groove of roller, that by dragging mobile plate into the height level of little rollers the wider part of opening would arrive, so that little rollers pressed by the slope of groove exit from groove, roller is liberated, weight that is attached to it presses it downwards, roller pulls steel rope that is attached on the upper side of roller and steel rope via pulley drags support grate.

11. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 2, characterized by that mentioned coupler serves for stopping the motion of mobile plate while dragging it, in order that it would not be entirely drawn out, and that it is attached by screws to mobile plate.

12. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 2, characterized by that mentioned limiter serves for stopping the motion of mobile plate while dragging it, in order that coupler would not reach groove and stop the motion of roller, and that it is attached near the opening on assembly carrier.

Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 2, characterized by that mentioned weight serves to pull steel rope after roller has been liberated and to shift in such a way support grate, that it is attached at the lower side of roller and composed of several lighter parts with slots at the centre, what enables an easy mounting and dismounting of weight, and in such a way also an easy disposing of the assembly.

14. Assembly for preventing the vehicle passage according to patent claim 2, characterized by that mentioned pulley serves to bring via it the steel rope into the vertical position, and to facilitate the motion of the steel rope and its transition from the vertical into the horizontal position.
