  • a current collector, carbon nanotubes, and sulfur or metal nanoparticles as a binder, wherein the sulfur or metal nanoparticles are bonded deposited, or fused on the surfaces of the carbon nanotubes so that the carbon nanotubes are bonded to each other and also bonded to the current collector.
