An inhalation device for delivering a therapeutic agent to a patient wherein the therapeutic agent is deaggregated by a vibrator and picked up in an air stream for delivery to the patient, wherein the device comprises at least two vibrators for selectively coupling with two or more dose packs containing the same or different dose quantities of said therapeutic agent to make up a desired dose of said therapeutic agent.
