at least one camera configured to capture images of said vehicle when said vehicle has reached said pre-selected motion, and transmit said images to a public server through an electronic connection;
wherein said public server is configured to receive said images, combine said images with said vehicle data, store said combination, and determine said vehicle status based on said combination.

10. A method for determining a vehicle status comprising the steps of:

receiving vehicle data associated with a vehicle into a computer;
detecting motion near the vehicle;
determining vehicle motion of the vehicle from the motion;
detecting when the vehicle has reached a pre-selected motion;
capturing images of the vehicle by at least one camera when the vehicle has reached the pre-selected motion;
transmitting the images to a public server through an electronic connection;
combining the images with the vehicle data;
storing the combination at the public server; and
