1. A process for the preparation of an aqueous ready-to-use disinfectant composition comprising the following successive steps:
- 1) (a) providing an aqueous preparation A comprising at least one peracid; and
(b) providing a preparation B comprising at least one organic compound capable of showing fluorescence on UV irradiation; and
2) mixing the preparations A and B and, optionally, water, wherein the composition of the preparations A and B and the mixing ratio used in step
2) is selected in such a manner that the resultant aqueous ready-to-use disinfectant composition comprises0.005 to 5 wt. % of the at least one peracid, and0.0001 to 3 wt. % of the at least one organic compound capable of showing fluorescence on UV irradiation.
