i) an antibody or antibody-conjugate which binds CD30; and ii) methyl(6S,7S)-7-[(hydroxyamino)carbonyl]-6-[(4-phenylpiperazin-1-yl)carbonyl]-5-azaspiro[2.5]octane-5-carboxylate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the amount of said antibody or antibody-conjugate and the amount of said compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof together provide a therapeutically effective amount.

i) an antibody or antibody-conjugate which binds CD30; and ii) methyl(6S,7S)-7-[(hydroxyamino)carbonyl]-6-[(4-phenylpiperazin-1-yl)carbonyl]-5-azaspiro[2.5]octane-5-carboxylate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the amount of said antibody or antibody-conjugate and the amount of said compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof together provide a therapeutically effective amount.
