Sensor for measuring a physiological signal from outside the body, which sensory comprisesa flexible substrate, which is permeable to moisture, and which has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface,at least one electrode, which has a signalling surface, which faces in the same direction as the first surface of the flexible substrate, anda signal transmission conductor, which is connected electrically to said electrode, wherein the signal transmission conductor is attached in a watertight manner to the second surface of the substrate.

Abstract
The invention relates to a sensor for measuring a physiological signal and a method for manufacturing such a sensor. Such sensor comprises a flexible substrate (30) and at least one electrode (35), which has a signalling surface, which faces in the same direction as the first surface of the flexible substrate (30.) In addition, the sensor comprises a signal transmission conductor, which is connected electrically to the said electrode. According to the invention, the signal transmission conductor (34) is attached in a watertight manner to the second surface of the substrate (30). The sensor according to the invention is reliable, economical to manufacture, and comfortable to the user.

20. Method for manufacturing sensory used for measuring a physiological signal, in which method
a flexible substrate permeable to moisture, which has a first surface and a second surface opposite to this, is taken, and an electrode, which is in electrical contact with the signal transmission conductor and the signalling surface of which faces in the same direction as the first surface of the substrate, is further arranged in the sensor, wherein the signal transmission conductor is attached to the second surface of the substrate in a watertight manner.
