17. A method to treat a product which product comprises a surface which surface includes a plasma polymer of an organic monomer wherein immobilised on said plasma polymerised surface is at least one first biological entity, comprising the steps of
i) contacting said product with an agent that promotes, either directly or indirectly, the disassociation of said first biological entity from said surface; - and
ii) contacting said product with a second biological entity to further provide said surface with an immobilised biological entity;
wherein said first biological entity may be of the same or of a different chemical nature from said second biological entity. - View Dependent Claims (18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25)
